UPDATE FROM MY LAST REVIEW.
I’m sharing this because people deserve to know what I personally experienced with this company.
After I wrote my honest review about the long payout delays yesterday , MCF immediately contacted me and pressured me to remove my review before they would approve my payout. I refused. Only after that refusal did they suddenly “discover” violations—despite repeatedly telling me for 10 days straight that:
• my payout was “approved,”
• my trading was “legitimate,”
• there were “no issues,”
• and the delay had nothing to do with any rule breach.
I have emails documenting all of this and will be posting the full timeline publicly on my Twitter so everyone can see the screenshots, dates, and messages exactly as they happened.
What is shocking is that MCF first responded on Trustpilot claiming they didn’t even know who I was (I’ve screenshot of their previous reply also). Then, after realizing the review wasn’t going away, they changed their reply again. this time attacking me and my character calling me a cheater (which I also have screenshots of), and rewriting the story entirely.
The timing speaks for itself.
I also want to point out something that many people here have already noticed:
A previous reviewer mentioned that users in their community are encouraged to post positive reviews in exchange for giveaway accounts. If that is true, it raises questions about how many of the positive reviews are genuine and how many were pressured or incentivized. From my own experience, the intimidation I received after posting a negative review makes this even more concerning.
On top of that, they don’t allow traders to speak freely in their Discord, messages are restricted, which prevents people from discussing problems openly. That alone should make any trader cautious.
I’m not telling anyone what to believe—I’m simply sharing my experience exactly as it unfolded, supported by screenshots, emails, and timestamps.
Everyone can judge for themselves.
My next update here will include a public Twitter thread showing every message, every contradiction, every email, video clips of my accounts and the moment they tried to use my payout to pressure me into deleting my review.
I hope this helps protect other traders from going through what I did.

While we value honest feedback, this review contains multiple inaccuracies that must be addressed. It was not left by a frustrated trader, but rather by a user who attempted to cheat our platform and hedged multiple times — and now this review containing multiple false statements is being left here as an attempt to pressure us to break our own rules, which we, as an honest and reliable company, would never do.
First, your account was blocked because our systems detected that you were purchasing multiple accounts and using them to place directly opposing trades (hedging) against each other. At no point we claimed your payout was approved — because it never was, since you were hedging and cheating the evaluation stage. For example, accounts 103230 and 103470 — both registered under your name — opened several opposite XAUUSD positions throughout November, with some overlapping for more than 12 hours. This activity is strictly prohibited under the Terms & Conditions accepted by all traders at the time of purchase.
Secondly, the claim in your previous comment that “there is no proof that payouts are being processed” is incorrect. MCF processes payouts daily, which can be independently verified through third-party sources such as Payout Junction. Over the past 7 days alone, MCF has processed $86,796 in payouts, fulfilling every legitimate payout request without interruption.
It is important to note that MCF fulfils all payout obligations with no exceptions.
Honest traders are always paid. However, this does not include accounts who cheated evaluations and are found in violation of compliance rules.
Due to the violations mentioned above, your access to MCF has been permanently revoked in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Late payout
Late payout, 13-15 days after requested. Hard to contact via email, and late answers. Getting a funded account 6-7 days.
Edit: Since 10 December, there is no metal pairs on MT5 at MCF, spreads are high, euro 5-7, GBP 9-11, xauusd 28-35. Metal pairs can't trade for 1 Month at this firm. Day by day, they're sink more. Asking a person to give a high star on Trustpilot is cringe.
