I got the cheapest subscription just to try some functionalities, test the tool and at the same time help me with work. Wanna say first, i'm not a very technical person and oh gosh it was horrible to navigate. Design and functionality are getting 0 from me.

First, as mentioned in previous review, I felt scammed when you buy a subscription and only after that you need to buy tokens. I don't mind doing that, BUT LET US KNOW FIRST.

Second, I got my subscription on 9/05/26 with balance of 19$, send a few commands, closed tab and got back to it for actual work back on 13/05/26 just to find out that i only had 8$ worth of credit left... Then again, i used it for a simple telegram bot config, a few messages and it left me with 3,5$ and when i logged in the next day i was at 0. Magic? i don't think so..

Third, no clear instructions while setting up telegram bot. First it shows only one step, then you refresh, it shows 2 steps what paste where, what, cmon, it suppose to make my life easier, not more complicated.. Funny enough, GPT was more helpful to setup a bot, than an actual system

Last, but not least, as mentioned before I'm not a very technical person, and yet i did miss clearer steps on how to fetch created files. like "hey to get your files, use our terminal on left". simple as that can again save some time and mental space.

I'd love to give more review on other things i've used it for, but, wait it left me with no balance left, so sorry not sorry, bruh.

So overall - waste of time and money

It's a scam, paid 120 USD for the subscription and tokens, wasted more than 3 hours trying to make it work, and it was impossible. Crashes every 5 minutes, buggy UI, forced restarts. It just does not work. Please don't throw your money away

System is experimenting with people’s money, the founder of openclaw openly admitted losing so much money on the project, and i think they are trying to recover it from our pockets, it doesn’t work, you save a skill.md file and it forgets it, and burns through tokens seriously in 3 days sometimes i spent 200 usd on tokens, crazy setup cheaper to hire real people.

I had a very poor experience with MyClaw.

The platform encourages you to purchase a subscription first, giving the impression that you’ll be able to use the system immediately. However, after subscribing, you are then required to purchase additional credits just to actually use the AI. This was not made clear upfront and feels extremely misleading.

On top of that, the platform itself is unstable:

Sessions crash or freeze
Messages disappear without being processed
Generated outputs are difficult or impossible to access (e.g. broken links)
Core features such as media handling and file delivery do not work reliably

I spent a significant amount of time trying to get basic functionality working and ultimately achieved very little. What should have been a straightforward workflow turned into constant troubleshooting.

When I contacted support, the response was that the platform is going through “growing pains.” That may be the case, but customers should not be paying for a product that is not yet functioning properly or transparently priced.

In its current state, I cannot recommend this platform. It feels unfinished, unreliable, and poorly communicated in terms of actual costs and capabilities.
