As one of the aging population i have found careberry easy to use and as a homecarer use it everyday.

This app has been instrumental in giving care to service users. With a wide range of capabilities such as medication assistance, key actions to be completed, updated careplans and a brief summary of clients. This app gives carers adequate tools to care for clients independently. With quick communication access to the company and emergency services, this app is equipped to deal with unforseen/emergency situations.

i cannot tell you the difference this has made to our service being more efficient. We were a paper based service, now we are auditing daily, service/care plans are automatically saved which was a real bind when we were all paper based. The team at Careberry could not be more helpful, there are regular updates and we are always looking to make our service better and we ask for tweaks and the team are always looking at how these can be done. And often are.

I use Careberry on a daily basis as a carer and it gives me all the information I need. Everything is password protected so it’s safe to use and in line with GDPR. I can see my rota, care plans and all communications regarding my clients. I also use the Careberry Admin app as an oncall manager, it is easy to use and helps me to check everyone is where they should be and helps to keep up to date with all communications and service reports.

As a carer working in the community this app is brilliant. It has everything I need to know about the clients I am visiting and I can access it anytime for important updates about clients care. I can easily access my rota, company policies and useful information in the library section. All emergency contact numbers are easily accessible incase needed whilst out in the community. I especially find it helpful that it links up with Google maps to make it easy to get to a clients home. I wouldn't be without it.

I am a Carer and I have been using Careberry for 13 months. Careberry is easy to use. You can simply access care plans, risk assessments, dietary requirements, locations, previous reports, client notes etc which makes your work day flow efficiently. You can write your reports in a matter of minutes rather than having a build up at the end of the day.
