Le propriétaire a été extrêmement sympathique, serviable et professionnel du début à la fin. Toute l’organisation s’est déroulée de manière très simple et sans complication.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié sa grande flexibilité concernant les horaires de prise en charge et de retour du camping-car, ce qui nous a beaucoup facilité les choses.

Lorsqu’un petit problème est survenu pendant notre voyage, il nous a aidés immédiatement et a toujours été joignable. Sa réactivité et sa disponibilité nous ont vraiment rassurés.

Easy to find a suitable camper van and easy to book. Good with al the reminders of payment that must be done. Easy during the hand over process both at pick up and drop of. I am all together satisfied with My Camper.

We had no experiance and that is where mycamper.com made it easy with repect to the booking process, and payments. Clear instructions and guide lines for person who rents out and for us whom rented.
Considering our rental this time I can recommend to do it via Mycamper.com.

The website is easy to use and allowed us to find the perfect campervan for our holiday in Norway. There were several options and it was particularly convenient to know how far the vehicles were from Oslo.
The website also helped for the check-in and check-out processes with all the steps to follow.

Vi havde lejet en camper gennem MyCamper. Ejeren måtte desværre kort tid inden vores leje aflyse, da han havde opdaget, at camperen var indregistreret forkert... Vi tog kontakt til MyCamper om aftenen. Allerede dagen efter var der svar fra deres support, der også havde snakket med ejeren. I løbet af få dage var både depositum og allerede betalt leje tilbagebetalt.
God service fra både ejer, Henri, og hurtigt svar fra MyCampers support.

Denna resa var en överraskningsresa för min särbo och han var toppennöjd när han förstod att jag fixat husbil till honom och han kunde vara iväg en vecka med sina musikkompisar. Bra mailkontakt med Ny Camper inför resan.

Very good way to connect private owners and travelers seeking to rent a camper or a van. The website is well organized, clear and intuitive. Also offers a wider selection of vehicles than the other big apps, responding to everyone needs. Strongly recommended

MyCamper var mycket smidig och lätt att hitta en camper som passade oss. Väldigt bra service, smidigt system för både ägare och uthyrare.

In general our experience was very positive. Good communication, everything went smoothly, also the way the owner and the renter of the camper work together via the website works very well. Gives confidence and security for both parties. The camper owner replied to every message quickly, the check-in and check-out phases were smooth, no problems at all with the platform, the owner or the vehicle.
From my side, highly recommended.

Ret skal være ret: efter lang ventetid, fik vi tilsidst vores penge retur.

I beklager dybt, men i stedet for at tilbagebetale de 9000 kr. Som lovet, har I hævet yderligere 3000 kr. 🥲 Hvad er det for en måde at drive virksomhed på? Hvad foregår der MyCamper??? Og hvorfor svarer I med det samme HER, i stedet for at tage jer af jeres kunder?
Det er nu en måned siden vi skulle have været på ferie, og vi venter stadig.

0 stjerner indtil videre. Ville ønske jeg kunne skrive en positiv anmeldelse 😔 Vi har betalt 9000 kr. for en autocamper der ikke kunne køre. Fik ødelagt vores planlagte ferie for nu 11 dage siden og MyCamper er ikke til at komme i kontakt med. Ingen kundeservice. Intet telefonnummer at ringe på. Mails bliver ignoreret eller en robot skriver at den vil undersøge sagen. Men der sker ingenting! Alle pengene er hævet, på trods af, at vi ikke har fået nogen funktionsdygtig autocamper. Troede vi havde lejet en autocamper hvor alt naturligvis var i orden. Men autocamperen var på ingen måde køreklar eller sikker, da dækkene var alt alt for gamle og slidte. Det ene dæk var fuldstændig revnet og fladt. Uforsvarligt ifølge Falck. Nu har vi ventet halvanden uge på at i det mindste få refunderet vores penge. Hvordan får man jer i tale MyCamper?

**Very disappointing customer service when something goes wrong**

My experience with MyCamper was unfortunately very disappointing, particularly in the way they handled a dispute after our rental.

After checkout, the owner claimed that we had caused damage to the vehicle, which we strongly disputed. I expected MyCamper, as the platform and intermediary, to handle the situation carefully and objectively and to make sure that any claim was supported by appropriate evidence.

Instead, the process felt surprisingly superficial. The evidence initially provided consisted essentially of generic pictures of the alleged damage. There was no clear indication of when the pictures had been taken or evidence establishing that the damage had occurred during our rental. I repeatedly had to ask customer service myself to request clearer documentation and additional information from the owner.

Communication was also extremely slow. At several points I felt that I was simply waiting for answers while deadlines and payment requests were still hanging over me. This made an already stressful situation considerably worse.

What disappointed me most was the feeling that MyCamper was acting mainly as a messenger between the two parties rather than actively helping to establish what had happened. When a platform facilitates rentals between private individuals, I believe one of its most important roles is precisely to provide a fair and reliable process when there is a disagreement.

I understand that MyCamper cannot automatically know which party is right in a dispute. However, I do expect them to ask basic questions, critically assess the documentation provided by both sides, and require reasonable evidence before accepting a damage claim.

Unfortunately, I did not feel adequately protected or supported as a customer. Based on how this dispute was handled, I would be very hesitant to use MyCamper again.
