Had Sam come to service my boiler, was really helpful and talked me through everything he was doing. Also gave me advice on roughly how long I had before some parts would need replacing as it’s a really old boiler. Really happy with the service

Service engineer from M.A.B
Service engineer from M.A.B. Heating (local to us) was very efficient and extremely clean, leaving the property as he found it. He answered all our questions about our future plans with our heating system and made very useful suggestions. Excellent service. Definitely use again.

I take it this refers to installing a remote reader on my oil tank. The work was done very efficienly. My only issue is that it took months and several phone calls before this installation was completed.

Quick and Efficient
Easy to book, service was done efficiently with no problems. The only odd thing was an email sent afterwards with no content!! Still waiting for invoice and quote for some extra work that was identified at the service.

There is a shortage of service engineers in our area, so I tried the internet, and straight away was put on to Paul by the lady from boilerjuice. He rang straight I away, and arranged to do the job in the next couple of days. He arrived when he said he would, and sorted the job straight away.

I booked & paid for an oil monitor…
I booked & paid for an oil monitor fitting via BoilerJuice. The form told me I would be phoned within 2 days max. This didn't happen. I phoned the technician & left a message: nothing. I left a message with MyBoilerService: nothing. After over 2 weeks, BoilerJuice asked me why I had no reading. Within a day, the appointment was booked. So, I would have to say customer service & communication is very poor
