: A great starting point if you are looking for a general overview of your gut health. It analyses key parameters such as microbial diversity and the dysbiosis index, and provides clear, personalised nutritional recommendations—ideal for initial insights. myBioma 
Advanced Test: 
This test provides deeper insights into your microbiome, including its potential influence on immune function, inflammatory processes, and indicators related to gut health imbalances such as leaky gut or irritable bowel syndrome. myBioma 
Ultimate Test
: Our most comprehensive package. In addition to all Advanced Test insights, it explores the connection between your microbiome and your mental and physical wellbeing, as well as metabolic health (e.g. blood sugar regulation, blood pressure, liver and thyroid function). Ideal for a holistic and in-depth health analysis. 
 Based on your individual microbiome profile, you receive personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations designed to support your gut balance and overall wellbeing. Our recommendations are based on more than 1,000 scientific publications, ensuring a strong, evidence-based foundation and access to the latest research. Your results & platform
Your test results are easily accessible via the myBioma platform (https://platform.mybioma.com). There, you can explore your results in a clear and interactive way, track your progress over time, compare test results and gain access to additional features. 
Good to know: You can upgrade your test at any time via our platform without sending in a new sample. This allows you to start with a Basic or Advanced Test and access deeper insights later on. To further support your gut health, we also offer targeted supplements: * myBioma Balance – a prebiotic formula designed to nourish beneficial gut bacteria and support a balanced microbiome. * myBioma Comfort – a probiotic formulation with the selected live bacterial strain Lactobacillus plantarum 299v.
