My friend told me for about a massage he had got from Mybackhug and how he had benefited from it. Although I liked the idea of getting a massage I am one of those people whose busy life just don't seem to include a massage session or going to a doctor. A few weeks ago I injured my neck during a gym session and thought the best way to deal with the pain was to take a break from the gym and let it heal by itself. Then I remember my friend's experience with Mybackhhug. As the pain lasted longer than I thought I decided to give it a try.
It is not always easy to describe extraordinary things when something good has happened to you. Not only the experience was fantastic but also, and I did not realize it straight away, my pain was gone. Just like that! and also I felt rejuvenated. I used to think that massages was something for others, doing this taught me that it does not have to be this way. My positive experience with Mybackhug showed me how easy and important it is to give yourself care and healing as part of a day to day life.

Wonderful experience. Very relaxing. Felt much better after using. As someone whom sits all day in my work and also works out at the gym, my body felt so much better for using this machine.

Great product, fantastic experience! I had a sore back, but after trying Mybackhug my whole body felt much better, which makes me feel like going back again for another massage. I would recommend it to anyone, whether you have a sore back, or just looking for a relaxing experience.

Just been for my second Backhug at their showroom.

It was even better this time round and released a lot of tension and aches in my lower back, really relieves as this was stopping me sleep well.

Although it is strong enough to give a proper deep tissue massage I found it actually relaxing and even dozed off for a while!

I highly recommend this and will use again soon.

I used the Mybackhug massage machine and I can honestly say that it definitely helped with the tightness in my back and neck, The ease of use and the functions to change the setting were very simple to use.

I therefore would wholeheartedly recommend this product for people who have a sore back / neck.

It took me a couple minutes to get myself comfortable and in the right spot then it was amazing! I liked that I could control the pressure, especially in my neck as I like more pressure in that area. Suffering from chronic migraines leaves me with a tired and tense face, I could feel the muscles in my face relaxing from the neck movements and got up from the massage with absolutely no pain or tension. I love that you lie down on your back with legs up, it's a much more natural position than other massage chairs I've tried and I actually prefer it to lying on my front like for traditional massages.

It does feel a little strange to start with - and quite unlike a 'human' massage - but after a couple of minutes, I had completely settled into the experience and it's great.

I felt my whole body relax and go heavy, like when you get in bed after a long day. The 15 minutes flew by and I feel much more energised now.

I understand why it's called Back Hug - it feels like the 'fingers' of the machine are hugging the spine, moving the back around. Weird - but really good!

Definitely give it a go!

I have received various forms of massage over more than 20 years, including some 'shiatsu massage chairs'. Mybackhug was quite unlike anything I have experienced. While the treatment was very subtle, I felt noticeably longer, and more upright, when I came off (a 30 minute session.) Being able to control the pressure, at various points on your back, was something really useful - as I could have stronger pressure in the second 15 minute session, once my back was loosened up. I also found the movement of the legs a fantastic addition - enabling a co-ordinated experience of relaxation of the neck, back and hips. I look forward to these machines being more readily available to the public - I would gladly use one several times each week! Thank you for the opportunity to experience Mybackhug.

I had a chance to try the free myBackHug massage. I am very interested of massage therapy because of my back pain and get it on a regular basis. This was different from the traditional massage, which has only temporal effect usually. It has a fundamental and longer-lasting effect, possibly because it give pressure on the spine itself directly. Even the day after the trial, my body felt refreshed. I was told that it is only 3 pound for 10 min therapy. I think it is very reasonable price. If it is nearby at my workplace, I definitely use it every week.

This back hug was awesome! I’m not just saying that, or perhaps I should say that it was “ahhsome” because I certainly let’s out a few “aaahhhh”s while using it. This device does what most massage chairs, and similar such devices, attempt to do. As a practitioner of acupressure I appreciated the ability of the Mybackhug to get into the meridian points just distal to the spine, particularly in the full side to side setting. I do think a breathing prompt would be a great addition and maybe even one more neck point, yet the leg pad allowed me to move up and down slightly and just enough to micro adjust my position if so desired. An amazing upgrade that may just be a little beyond possible, but would be ridiculously fantastic would be to add microvribrations to the points or even the entire back! Lofty and uneccessary thinking, yet perhaps Mybackhug2.0 could already be in the works. Thanks again for a,great relief for my travel stressed back. I want one in my house!

BackHug does a great job! 
I got my massage during one of the BackHug events. The machine was inside a cubicle, which makes a big difference, adding to the comfort of the experience. 
After only 10min of massage I can feel a great difference in my back. 
Keep up the good work!

It feels like it releases endorphin which enhances my mood and relaxation.
I fell asleep during the treatment.
It targets acupuncture points in my back spine so immediately I can feel that it is effective

I have just had my first BackHug session. Brilliant! The cubicle provides a relaxing, private space. I felt totally relaxed and refreshed after only 15 minutes. The tightness in my shoulders eased significantly.

After a few minutes of being settled into the MyBackHug you can feel it doing its job. Weldone guys.

I've used BackHug in lunch breaks which has been perfect for relieving any tension. Although I have no present back or neck issues, I found a lunch time massage on BackHug was perfect for retuning to my desk feeling relaxed and revived.

I found Mybackhug relaxing. The aches and pains in my back where noticeably reduced after one treatment. I felt that regular use of Mybackhug would have a very positive effect.
