I was with Payoneer since 2020 and was rarely using Payoneer only for the payments from Fiverr. I have one partner and I have sent him payments like 3 times in all these 5-6 years. That's my complete usage of Payoneer. In my country, PayPal is not available so I only have Payoneer as payment method to get payments from Fiverr but all of the sudden, my account was blocked even when I didn't do anything wrong. I contacted Payoneer again and again requesting them to re-investigate this case as this must be a misunderstanding. My annual transactions on Payoneer merely reach $1000-$1500 and my last transaction was 1-2 months ago when my account got blocked all of the sudden.
I requested them to please reconsider the decision as I never ever have violated any Terms and Conditions but they refused everything. The customer support stopped responding me and they added my number to automatic calls only so I cannot reach them via call. They disabled the Live Chat for me and they stopped responding on email.
I requested them again that I am not asking for immediate account opening, I am asking for an investigation as this is a misunderstanding that my account is blocked on which I never violated any terms and conditions. They refused to help me with anything.
I found some other emails of Customer Support Specialists and sent them the emails but that too merged with previous ticket where I was being ignored. They don't even tell you what is the reason of this.
I requested again and told them I am ready to provide you with any information, clarification, verification and documentation you need in your case review but they rejected my every request and told me we will not do anything.

I am still hoping if they can help me somehow but what I can see currently, they are not willing to do so and my account of 5-6 years is blocked all of the sudden without any explanation and now I don't have any payment method to receive payments from Fiverr and my freelancing career is at stake just because of Payoneer's misunderstanding which they are not even willing to reconsider.

Be careful, your account can be suspended anytime whout any reason and your money will be stuck

I received an email this morning stating that I had added a credit card to Payoneer. The email listed 4 digits of a credit card number - but it was not a number associated with me. I clicked on the link titled "contact customer service service" and it sent me a link asking me to join. The reviews I saw were all bad. I do NOT want anything to do with this company called Payoneer. How can I protect myself from them? Thank you.

Everytime I go to do somethign in payoneer I receive some error of any type and I need to chat with them. Most of the time their agent spent 30 min and ends with no result. I never see such worse financial service in my life.

I had been using Payoneer without any issues until this month when, out of the blue, they decided to withhold my incoming transaction, which I regularly receive from a long-standing client. I've never encountered any problems before. They requested some documents, which I promptly submitted, but it’s been 8 days and they still haven’t been reviewed.

I’ve tried reaching out to customer support, but they only respond with copy-pasted messages that don't address my specific questions. It feels like they aren't even reading my messages and are simply providing automated responses. Worse still, they’ve given me incorrect information, asking me to upload documents that haven't been requested in the verification center for payment processing (but have been requested for unrelated purposes which I am not interested in in the first place and I don't intent to use).

When I ask how much longer my payment will be withheld, they offer no clear answers, as if they don’t know themselves. Not to mention, I am paying a yearly fee for this service, and yet they are withholding my funds without any justification. It’s unacceptable and potentially illegal to withhold a customer's money for this long. If I don’t receive my payment by next week, I will be filing a formal complaint with the relevant authorities.

I had to pay for a service with Payoneer simply because PayPal didn’t have coverage of the area I was sending the money to. It’s been over a month of no money received. I tried to fix the issue by contacting them, they put a 2 step authentication service on my account, yet when I keep requesting for a Verification code via message or call, I never receive it. I am at the moment locked out of my account. I sent them 2 tickets and I haven’t received any response. I can’t contact them via online customer service because you have to be signed in to do so. And I tried calling them via phone but it’s been unhelpful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PAYONEER

My money was received by Payoneer on the 1st of July.
Today is the 13th and it still shows as pending.

After calls and emails with Payoneer and being told it will be available tomorrow or within 24 hours my money although received by Payoneer is still pending.

This morning I was told that they have 'internal problems' and do not know when my money will be available.

Yet their website states that all systems are functioning correctly.

This situation is causing me extreme hardship and stress.

I want and need my money NOW.

Horrible customer service, they have my payment retained for more than a week due to their tech issues. They don’t provide ETAs or compensation for their errors.

They provide fake information, they mentioned they would follow up with me through email after 12 business hours and still haven’t received an email.
when will they solve their tech issue? It’s been almost two weeks. Do I have to wait a month? A year?

THEY ARE NOT ALLOWING ME TO RECEIVE MY PAYMENT AND IT HAS BEEN A MOTNH!!! ONLY BECAUSE THEY CAN'T VERIFY MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE ANY DOCUMENT I SUBMIT IS OKAY TO VERIFY MY ADDRESS. THIS IS INSANE. I ASKED MANY TIMES FOR SUPPORT AND I ALWAYS RECEIVE THE SAME USELESS ANSWER. I WILL CLOSE MY ACCOUNT JUST WHEN I RECEIVE THE MONEY. I DON'T RECOMMENT IT DO ANYONE.

They close accounts without any legal notice or even without a mail warning.
Their authentication is secure, But when I try to login, Maximum time the OTP isn't sent to my phone in right time.

Basically, they stole my money. I created a Payoneer Mastercard and paid for it, but after using it, they shut down my account with close to $1,000 in it. This is completely unacceptable and feels like theft. I trusted Payoneer with my funds, and now they have blocked my access to my own money without any valid reason or explanation.

I have tried to contact their support multiple times, but I have received no satisfactory response or resolution. This situation has caused me a great deal of stress and inconvenience. I relied on that money for important expenses, and now I am left in a difficult financial situation because of Payoneer's actions.

They robbed me, and I will not stay silent. I intend to take legal action to recover my funds and hold Payoneer accountable for their actions. See you in court, Payoneer.

This is a terrible service. Do not trust the good reviews, and do not use this service. I chose to use Payoneer because it was the only option aside from PayPal for my Patreon account payouts outside of the US.

This service has terrible functionality, they ask you for an insane amount of personal information, they have a $50 withdrawal limit, and the requirements of using it are not made clear when you sign up. It feels like a scam. My Patreon payout is just below $50, so this means for the past few months Payoneer has just been hanging on to my money. You can only request payments from people who also have Payoneer.

If I can get my money out in the next few months I will, otherwise I will just chalk it up to a loss so I can delete this awful service and request they delete all my stored data. Just terrible.

i recently just tried logging into my payoneer account and i got a prompt saying, "Your account was closed as some of your activity has gone against our Terms and Conditions"
I want top know the reason why my account has been closed.
I have money in my account and i want to make withdrawal

Tons of hidden fees! There is an annual 27E fee for an account? And then an additional fee of 29E for a virtual card? For real? And we users have to "dig" in your website to get to know that??? Let us know right at the time of ordering. Never using Payoneer again!!!

Very bad registration, verification and unreasoned closing of accounts with no violations of T&C. Very accusatory support that makes you almost feel like a criminal.

Worse than ever. Reply very poorly.
