Alors que mon paiement devait être traité le 04/09 au plus tard, voila que nous sommes le 08/09 et je n'ai toujours pas reçu mes fonds, ils prennent 31 dollars par traitement mais quand ils décident de bloquer vos fonds, et vous ghoster oubliez de récupérer votre argent , mieux encore, j'ai parlé à des responsables sur linkedin, ils m'ont demandé de leur faire un mail puis ils m'ont ghosté.

Absolute scumbaggery! They are adding layers upon layers of security and it sometimes makes it impossible to log into my account, for example, if I use a VPN on my PC and I retrieve the authentication code from my phone where I don;t use a VPN because why would I in the first place, they are detecting this as insecure login and prevent me from logging in! I cannot access my money because of that. They are worst than PayPal, by far!

Payoneer, this is unacceptable.

You are holding my funds because of an issue with your own system, but you are also refusing to cancel or reject the payment. This leaves me stuck with money I cannot access while my bills and financial obligations continue to come due.

I don't need another generic response telling me to wait. I need ACTION and a real resolution.

If Payoneer cannot process the payment, then cancel/reject it and allow the sender to resend it through another payment method. Your system issue should not become my financial burden.

Please escalate this immediately. Please stop making me wait for a problem you caused. Either release the funds or reject/cancel the payment so it can be sent through another method. I need action, not another generic response.

​I submitted my TRNC ID documents for account verification on June 29, 2026. It has been over 6 weeks and my account is still not verified.
​I have tried reaching out through all available channels—Email, Phone, and Live Chat—but I cannot get past the automated bot system or get in touch with a human representative. My emails remain unanswered.
​Please assign a real agent from the Compliance / Verification team to manually review my case and approve my documents.

They are stealing my money and not even allowing me to access my account without their intervention. It took me three days. They then gave me a new password so that I could login. The government should take action against them and throw them out of India.

И написали что не будут заново открывать и на мои ответы отвечать. То что там остались деньги они не сообщили мне как я могу их вывести и не запросили мои реквизиты. История такова я поменял паспорт на новый биометрический в Украине и там имя Денис с украинского переводится как Denys. Они у меня запросили кучу документов которые я им прислал. Потом им что то не понравилось и я прислал фото с бумажкой payoner. com. Потом они поменяли мне имя и запросили ещё документы подтверждение места жительства и фото документов я ночью послал им pdf файл выданный банком подтверждающий мой адрес а документы решил на утро оставить идентефицировать при солнечной погоде а утром они мне прислали что мой аккаунт заблоккирован.

I received an email from Payoneer confirming that my new receiving account was approved and ready to use ("Your receiving account is now ready to use"). However, it has been 10 days and this account still does not appear under Get Paid > Receiving Accounts in my dashboard or app.

My Customer Number is 105233738.

I have contacted Payoneer customer support multiple times about this issue and received the same generic response each time, with no actual resolution. Ten days without access to an approved receiving account is unacceptable, especially since it's preventing me from receiving international payments.

I expect Payoneer to properly investigate and resolve this, and to provide a clear explanation for why the account is not showing up despite being confirmed as approved.

I have waited week to get my account approved and pass the verification step so I can receive my payment! Holding up my account for this long and when I contact their support and after I finally get past their AI slop their agent gaslit me into thinking my account is on high priority, but in reality they now ignore any more requests from me.

If you run a legitimate business, stay away from Payoneer. Their automated compliance system is a black hole that freezes merchant payouts, rejects valid corporate documents, and destroys cash flow without human review.

The Technical Loop:
I operate two separate registered corporate entities receiving payouts from a licensed payment gateway. Payoneer's broken algorithm misidentifies this gateway, creating an artificial verification loop that bounces funds and blocks revenue.

Chronological Timeline:

* May 27: Gateway payout blocked on my first business profile. I uploaded a valid Authorization Letter. The automated system rejected it, claiming a corporate gateway was a "personal account".

* June 2: Second payout blocked on my other business profile. I uploaded the Certificate of Incorporation. The system instantly rejected it and bounced the funds.

* June 3 - 11: Emailed support under Reference 260601-020797 (Ticket #587195956) and tracking number 260611-0117.... Sent a formal "URGENT LEGAL ESCALATION" to their compliance team. Zero replies.

* June 17: Called phone support. The agent explicitly promised a complete manual resolution within 3 days.

* June 24 (Today): It has been 20 days since the initial block and a week past their verbal guarantee. Nothing is resolved.

Total Communication Failure:
I have emailed their Customer Service Manager, Complaints, Escalations, Compliance, Legal, and Support teams. I am completely ghosted. Today, I fought through their automated chat to reach an agent named Julius, who ignored the 20-day history and copy-pasted generic scripts.

Verdict:
Unmonitored algorithms handle high-value funds here. When they break, phone support lies, email support ignores you, and live chat gives scripts. Avoid this platform.

They stole my brother's money without any explanation. They just locked his account, and now he is begging them to release his hard work money. What kind of service is this? It should be totally banned.

I am extremely disappointed with Payoneer's customer support and verification process.

On May 14, 2026, Payoneer requested verification documents from me. I submitted all the required documents, including my passport, image verification, and bank document. As shown in my Verification Center, my passport and image verification were confirmed on May 17, 2026, but my bank document remains "Under Review" with no explanation or estimated completion date.

What is most frustrating is the lack of communication. I contacted Payoneer Live Chat twice and sent an email to customer support, asking for an update and a resolution. Despite these efforts, I have received no meaningful response and no progress on my case.

The verification process itself is understandable, but the poor customer service is not. Customers should not have to repeatedly contact support just to receive basic information about the status of their account verification.

Payoneer needs to improve its response times, communication, and customer support quality. At the moment, I feel completely ignored as a customer.

They are scammers, they blocked my account without any reason. There is 907$, I asked them to resolve the issue. they said me just wait for 5 weeks.

WORST APP! SCAMMERS & THIEVES. DO NOT TRY THEM. Don't trust a company that has no problem taking thousands of dollars from you but will not reply to any attempt to reach them. They have high fees, hidden fees and are super shady. They're customer service agents are well trained liars.

Payoneer has given me one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a financial service.

They held my money for over a month and a half, closed my account, and still failed to send the funds back to the sender or release them to me. Their own message confirms that the money is still sitting inside Payoneer’s system, yet they continue hiding behind excuses about documentation, internal checks, escalation, and verification.

I also filed a formal complaint more than a month ago, and even that has produced no resolution. If they continue dragging this out past the 8-week complaint deadline, I will pursue every legal and regulatory option available.

This is not how a legitimate financial company should treat customers. Holding funds indefinitely while locking the customer out of the account and offering nothing but polished delay tactics is unacceptable. If they cannot complete the payment, they should return the money immediately.

In my experience, Payoneer has handled this situation with zero urgency, zero accountability, and zero fairness. I would not trust them again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

The worst service I ever experienced in my entire life.
I have withdrawn my Fiverr payments from my account. Then tried to log in, and the verification codes are not being sent. Contacted their support team. Submitted the information asked for by the automated response. They promised a review in two business days. But it's been 3 days.

Payoneer is one of the most frustrating, unreliable, and user-hostile financial platforms I have ever had the misfortune of using.

Account freezes happen with little to no warning. Funds get locked for weeks or months. Support gives copy-paste responses that solve absolutely nothing. You are constantly asked to upload the same documents over and over again, only to be told later that something else is suddenly required. There is no clear explanation, no timeline, and no accountability.

Their “customer support” is basically a black hole. Live chat agents either disappear mid-conversation or repeat scripted lines without actually reading your issue. Escalations lead nowhere. Emails go unanswered. You feel completely powerless while your money is being held hostage.

The platform markets itself as a solution for freelancers and international workers, but in reality it creates stress, delays, and financial uncertainty. If you rely on consistent income, Payoneer is a terrible choice.

I strongly recommend avoiding Payoneer unless you enjoy fighting for access to your own money.

I work as a freelancer to supplement my income. I just received a payment from Fiverr and was ready to clear my debts.
I logged into Payoneer to withdraw to my bank only to find Payoneer has awarded itself all my balance.
They have literally paid themselves with all my balance. Mind you, I pay transaction fees... but they've decided that's not enough.. they can just withdraw all your balance. I hate such companies, man. I'm reporting them to our central bank under financial fraud.
