Zeer slechte ervaring, retour perongeluk verkeerd aangeklikt. Hierdoor alle kosten zelf moeten betalen, €18?? Pakketje moest naar Polen…. Klantenservice kan je niet verder helpen. Eenmaal retour gestuurd kan je nog weken wachten op je geld. Waanzin.
Terrible customer service - vile new protein
Protein has changed recipe and tastes like plastic. Asked for an exchange and the chatbot said no and just hung up on me. Never going near them again.
Terrible customer service and shipping
Absolutely useless. They take the full order amount and part ship the smallest cheapest item as all other items out of stock. They take orders and the money on items out of stock, no warehouse systems and use the worst delivery courier, Evri. Incompetent management. At every level, you have to ask countless times for any information and the customer service agents seem no be able to understand simple questions, all by message no humans to speak with. They don’t have an ETA on items out of stock and will only part refund and not the delivery charge even though the items ordered go together and I want to return. They are crooks and scam you out of money. Customer service are useless, don't read your contact messages, they contradict themselves. Lost me as a customer now. Just shocking, avoid this totally incompetent company. I shall now be buying from theyre competitors, Warrior or Bulk.
The worst customer service yet
I was going to copy and paste the absolute joke of my customer service experience on here, but after reading the other reviews, my concern of the message service being AI seems to be the general consensus. They have simply ripped me off and I can’t get a straight reply. I’m literally going around in one big circle. I won’t be buying from these ever again and instead of referring my friends for the £15 you don’t get, I will be recommending a different company. The losses from me and the people I know will cost these many £1000’s each year. Looking at the other reviews I suspect the losses will be far more extensive.

I thought my poor review was going to fly in the face of public opinion but it appears poor customer service is their MO. Gets one star for ease of ordering but just try and use the CS WhatsApp message service and it’s clear they don’t care. The occasional intervention from a human is short-lived and you need to go back to square one. The My Vegan Protein range is poor. The strawberry is inedible. They clearly don’t care about pleasing the consumer. Shocking experience. Won’t use again

Sent expired protein bars and would not refund
Paid for 9 boxes of protein bars - received them all and every single box was out of date in 8 days (120+ bars!)

Products were ‘lost’ until I spent an age sorting with company till delivered. On returning items refund was not paid after receiving email to say it would be. Had to keep chasing for it - it’s still not in my bank account.

Ordered an item which had a 'free gift' which didn't arrive. After some back and forth, where my responses were not being read, was told that free gifts were subject to availability. This was the reason I took the offer. Won't be using them again.

Cost 17.50 euro to return items
Adding to a previous review, it cost me 17euro 50 cent to return items to My Protein with the label they sent me to print off. Buyer beware. Avoid My protein like the plague! 0 stars.
Mouldy wafer bars and they don’t even care
My wafer bar was within date but very mouldy. I contacted MyProtein who just keep asking the same questions and not listening to the answers. They don’t seem to care that this bar was partially consumed before discovering the mould. They haven’t asked about our health. They email from a ‘do not reply’ email address so there is no way to continue a conversation. A shocking lack of care for customers. I wonder when their last inspection from Environmental Health was. Something is badly wrong.

I keep asking them for the order I’ve paid for . 250g of Creatine and 500 of Protein . They first misplaced my order, then send only 3G of Creatine not even the right amount, then send another 3g of creatine plus 21g of protein not what I paid that was 250g but 21g instead. Refused to refund my money, I’ve been dealing their frankly STUPID customer service that don’t seem to understand what the issue despite photos of their deliveries proving that they’ve sent the wrong order. It’s just disgusting. It’s been a whole month of stress with them. DO NOT RECOMMEND. DONT BUY !

Terrible experience, horrible customer service
I ordered some products a week ago and received an email saying that they were dispatched by Evri. Both companies only promise delivery and nothing. Myprotein suggested that they replaced that order and nothing again, only promisses and more promises. 6 days have passed. Before the delivery was fast, good products, today I no longer recommend it, only loss, it was the last experience and never again. Stressful, Regrettable!
Poor services, whats happened to this company
5 years ago this company had great service. I don't know what's happened since then but its gone down hill, very poor communication and service, i ordered 3 items and the delivery was apparently 3 working days i paid for faster delivery to arrive. Nothing arrived no acknowledgement Nothing until i started a return on paypal. Everyone pay by PayPal as you will be protected incase they dont send items. Wont be purchasing from my protien ever again.
