On 26 March 2026, I purchased 500g of creatine and 1kg of EAA from your store.
When the package arrived, the EAA product was damaged and clearly contaminated. The packaging had a tear, visible shoe print marks on it, and the outer bag was already open. I contacted your support immediately on the same day. Since you do not provide a contact number, I had to use your in-app chat support.
Through the chat, your team advised me not to use the product because it had been opened and told me I would receive a response within 24 hours.
However, no proper response was provided. After 3 days, the food supplement inside had changed condition completely — the powder had turned into pink clumped granules, making it clearly unusable and unsafe. Due to the nature of the product being a food supplement and already contaminated/open, I had no reasonable option except to dispose of it.
After waiting 4 weeks, I then received an email asking me to return the product, which is not a logical or realistic request considering this is a contaminated food product that had already deteriorated and been disposed of following your own instruction not to use it.
I contacted support again, and I was told the issue had been forwarded to the relevant department and that I should wait for a response. It has now been approximately 3 more weeks, and I still have not received any resolution or meaningful update.

Spoken to Tiara who just kept repeating ‘next day delivery means 24-48 hour time frame’! Absolutely unprofessional and no empathy whatsoever. Tried contacting another customer service named Nokwanda and I have been told to wait until Monday (May 4th) for delivery as they don’t deliver at the weekend. AND if I don’t receive the items by the 4th of May to contact her again to let her know. I have wasted my time and energy asking for their help. Absolute useless and no empathy whatsoever.

Ordered from them it went to the wrong postcode. I tried contacting them but there is no phone number (obviously why speak to your customers??) and after I had a message from Evri saying it was delivered, then in my porch, then in a safe place outside, then handed to customer (the postcode they used is hundreds of miles away) so obviously not I contacted them via the chatbot thing to be told it was on its way, then to go and look it would be outside then I had it etc on and on. I gave up and asked for a refund only to be told I would have to return the parcel! Honestly I was so disappointed however all is not lost!! A complaints executive call Sam sent me a lovely message saying this was not the high standard they wish to achieve and she would reissue the parcel. Amazing someone has actually listened BUT you guessed it it's reissued to the wrong postcode again. I did message to say thank you but remember the correct postcode this time however she very proudly told me no details had changed so it's gone to wrong address again and been left in a safe space! I'm as so upset, no only do I have no parcel or vitamins I've just realised My Protein was and maybe still is My vitamins that I've been with for years and when I looked at it it's the same site etc. You could call them and speak to someone etc they were lovely. Looks like that's the end of that now too. All very sad and extremely poor service

I initially signed up for what was presented as a “cheaper” subscription for protein powder, assuming it was simply a cost-saving alternative to buying a bag each month. What was not made clear at all was that this “deal” actually locks you into a 3-month commitment, something I only found out after receiving my second delivery and trying to cancel.
When I contacted them at that point, I was told I was already locked in and had no choice but to continue. Fine, frustrating, but I accepted it. After the third delivery, I contacted them again and was explicitly assured by a representative named Patrick that my subscription would now be cancelled.
Fast forward a few weeks, and I receive an email saying yet another order is being prepared and payment will be taken in 5 days.
At this point, it’s no longer a misunderstanding, it’s incompetence.
I immediately contacted them again, explaining the entire situation, only to be told they “cannot cancel” because the order has already entered the dispatch process. So not only did they fail to cancel my subscription as promised, but now I’m expected to go through the inconvenience of refusing delivery or paying to return it internationally to India, of all places at my own cost.
Let’s be clear:
• They make cancellation unnecessarily difficult by not allowing it directly on the website
• They fail to honour confirmed cancellation requests
• They continue charging customers after explicitly stating subscriptions are cancelled
• And then shift the burden onto the customer to fix their mistake
This is not just poor service — it’s borderline deceptive.
No shipment for a month then they all of a sudden they refund the items
I orderer protein and some multivitamins at the start of March. Everything was going fine until the package reached the warehouse of the courier company in Greece from where I received the notification that the order was suddenly cancelled and needed to return to the sender... after that notification I contacted support from which they told me that yes the package was sent back to them and if I wanted them to resend the items.Of course I told them to resend them and expected them to communicate with me new shipping details for the new package... non of that happened and I sent 3 separate messages to support asking about what's going on with the reshipment but I got vague answers like yes it has been scheduled and if its not there by the 3rd of April to contact them again...I contacted them and they jsut said yes it has been cancelled and you'll get a refund... absolute joke of a company

Just horrible
Just horrible, horrible customer service. They are so unhelpful and unprofessional. The carrier lost my package during transit and when i reached out to them to get update on my order. They just replied to me with a copy and paste answer and when i told them i needed a refund they replied to me with the same response that has nothing to do with refund. I would advise you to run the opposite way from this company. also, they prices don't match their product’s quality.

Last three orders I made with them have not been delivered. I've since gone to another supplier of Protein and it arrived within two days. I will not go back to MyProtein.
Poor quality of clothes and customer service
They are terrible. I tried to exchange the bra from S to M, and the leggings rolled down and didn’t stay on. I have been told it’s my waist problem, and my size. Exchange has not been offered for over a week now, day by day. I am sending clothes to them anyway. I can’t wear them. They can keep my money, and they’ll wear poor, cheap clothes. Keep away and use known brands of leggings that don’t slide down from your bum, no matter what size you are. Just for the record, my leggings always were size 10 UK, and I never needed a big bra.

After receiving a very attentive direct contact from the Customer Manager, Sam, on the website, who assured me that the issue would be resolved — with the order cancelled and the refund issued within 5 days — once again, five days passed and nothing happened.
They cancelled my original order, sent me another automatic reply on the website, and no refund was made. I should note that I sent the proof of payment and my card number again, and I also explained that the payment had been made on the 9th, not on the 12th, which is the date they assigned to the order. And once again, nothing happened.
This is not a matter of the amount involved, but rather a matter of professionalism and honesty.

Contacted the messaging app for return info on an item which arrived incorrect, they replied giving me a discount code for delivery which didn’t work as obviously I didn’t want to pay for their error.
They then sent me a paper returns label which also didn’t work.
There way of then dealing with this was to tell me they can’t do anything and I’ll have to send it to the post office (when I selected in post to begin with) and pay the delivery fee.
No customer care in the slightest, lack of sympathy with replies and overall no clear understanding on customers problems or what’s been said
Finally Saying Good-Bye after 5 Years
I've used this product for 5 years with great results. That's the Good. I've never paid the same price for an order because of so much price manipulation and I'm tired of it. That's the bad. The shipping has gone way downhill and you fear you'll never get your order every time you place one. That's the ugly. I'm now finally cutting ties and ordering a product that keeps the price consistent, gets good product reviews and ships and shows up within a week with real tracking. Good-bye My Protein, your app, and your texts! I'll miss your products but nothing else.
Do not buy from this company
On 02.06.2025 I purchased two items under order number 673491845. The order completed but I was informed that the items were out of stock and no money had been taken. SIX months later on 27th January 2026 I received an email from My Protein to state that my order had been dispatched and was being delivered by Evri. Despite attempting to contact Evri to advise them I had moved property and no longer resided at the parcel address I received no response and the parcel was delivered to my old address in Newport. I had previously changed my address with My Protein during a purchase I made on 1 January 2026 so there was no reason why this order was delivered to the incorrect address when My Protein were already aware of my new address.
I contacted My Protein to advise of the above and their response was inconsiderate and unsympathetic and merely stated that they couldn't change the address on an order, leaving me out of pocket by £31.92. So, after being a loyal customer and ordering hundreds of pounds of products from them I will now be taking my business elsewhere where customer service is a priority and issues are resolved promptly, politely and positively.
