Usually spend around £100 every 4-6 weeks. Next day now takes around a week if it even turns up. Just get an email saying it’s been damaged and returned. Customer service just fob you off. There are cheaper and much better alternatives out there
Terrible company
Terrible company, placed an order and it never got dispatched as they said it was sold out even though they never said it was when I payed for it. Tried to tell me the money hasn’t come out of my account when It had and tried getting me to give my card details to there fraud team. Refused and asked for a refund and they told me they couldn’t give me one. Then I mentioned the consumers rights act of 2015 and they issued it.
Honestly believe they’re just scamming people
Left out 1 letter in my email adress which meant I never got a confirmation. I placed a new order after a month of this one never arriving. The second order was (according to customer service) mislabelled so sent to the wrong address. They told me they would send both my orders again, this one appears far to small to contain even half of one of the orders i placed and it has been stuck in «export center» for 5 weeks. Given up hope

Order 100 pounds worth of stuff, get told will have it in 1-2 days and it hasnt arrived, says it with their courier, escalated it and didn't get a response till over 2 day later when they did respond "oh let us know if you tracking info hasn't updated after 24 hours" This happened before I figured give them another chance but no shocking service.
very poor customer service
Would be happy with the product...if it actually arrived! Website offers next day delivery, which never happens. They continually over-promise and under-deliver and blame the courier. If the courier is so inadequate, use a different one! My guess is there's fault all round. Nobody takes ownership of concerns when they arise and you can only give a company so many chances to get things right. Safe to say will be sourcing products elsewhere in future and definitely an ex-customer.

Ordered some protein and items to help with my fitness journey. The courier appears to have left it outside in a communal car park as per the "delivery" photograph. I contacted my protein about it and they have advised that the GPS is closed enough, the photo shows it was delivered so tough luck.
If they bothered to look at the photograph they would see it was dumped outside somewhere that anyone could take it and the box doesn't even look like the right one, I ordered items that would not even fit in that box unless someone sat on it!
Not impressed at all with their help.

Put an order in 2 weeks ago today Evri had it by the Friday & didn’t deliver I knew it’d been stolen I tried contacting both yourself & Evri & was told I had to wait which I did only to be told 10 days later that it was damaged by Evri ( no it was stolen) & when I contacted my protein the person who was messaging wasn’t bothered just said a new order will be sent out it’s now 14 days & I’ve still no order that’s over £121 something & the fact it’s meal replacement means I use that to replace my meals so 2 weeks & still no sign of my order I asked for it to be fast tracked & was told by my protein no it will be sent the same way . This is not how you treat returning customers especially when they spend £100 odd pound a month on your products maybe it’s time to go back to herbalife at least my deliveries turned up on time & was never treated like this absolute joke!

I recently gave this company a glowing 5 star review for their ease of ordering and super fast delivery.
On opening my parcel a couple of days later I was really disappointed that 1 of my items had an expiry date of end of August. As I am going abroad for a couple of weeks holiday this is not giving me sufficient time to use my product.
I contacted My Protein and problem could be easily sorted, send me a replacement or issue message a refund. Instead I’m told they pass it on for investigation. I have sent them the photos of the product so I asked what investigation is needed.
4 days later and still no response. What is the point of your customer service if you can’t solve issues.
Really really disappointed now with My Protein and regretting my previous 5 star review for the company.

I can honestly say I have never had a problem with the company, my orders always come when they are supposed too, if the product I require is not in stock they email me as soon as it is back in stock.

Ich frage mich ernsthaft, was in den Köpfen solcher Entscheidungsträger vorgeht. Vermutlich geht’s nur noch um Boni – koste es, wen es wolle. Ob Kunden oder eigene Mitarbeiter leiden, scheint völlig egal zu sein. Mal sehen wer hier zuletzt lacht!
Ich habe ganz normal mit PayPal bestellt, alle Daten übermittelt – Adresse, Datum, E-Mail. Die Ware kam nie. Stattdessen bekomme ich eine Standard-Mail mit der Aufforderung, nochmals alle Infos zu schicken.
Wirklich? Jeder normale Shop findet die Bestellung anhand der vorhandenen Angaben. Bei MyProtein offenbar nicht.
Dank PayPal bekomme ich mein Geld zurück – wenigstens etwas.
Und bevor jetzt wieder eure beschissene, vorgefertigte Antwort kommt: Spart sie euch. Gebt mir einfach mein Geld zurück.

I’ve been a regular customer of MyProtein UK, but after my latest experience, I seriously doubt I’ll ever order from them again. I placed an order worth £107 on Friday of last week, and as of today, it still hasn’t arrived — well beyond the expected delivery date.
The most frustrating part isn’t even the delay — it’s the completely unhelpful and rigid customer service, especially during a conversation I had this Saturday morning at 10:20 AM. Despite explaining the situation clearly, I was told they couldn’t change the delivery address, couldn’t use a different courier, and couldn’t upgrade the shipping — basically, they couldn’t do anything to help. Just scripted responses and zero willingness to take ownership or offer a real solution.
I’ve now been left waiting far too long for a fairly expensive order with no guarantee that it will even arrive. No effort was made to resolve the issue or retain me as a customer — just generic replies and total indifference.
Honestly, if something goes wrong with your order, you’re completely on your own. This is not how you treat paying customers

dire che fanno schifo è poco.. Pacco smarcato come consegnato ma mai arrivato.. Per fortuna ho le telecamere e potevo dimostrare che nell'orario di consegna non è arrivato nessun corriere. Per spiegare il problema e aprire un ticket non è fattibile.. ti mettono in contatto con la deficenza artificiale ( e questo mi va proprio sui cog....i, visto che io sono uomo vivo e libero e merito rispetto) , e anche se si prova a spiegare il problema con il numero d'ordine in questione, la ''deficenza'' mi rimanda sempre ad un altro ordine.. Ho aperto un ticket con PayPal e nonostante le immagini video non mi hanno accettato il ricorso dicendo che il corriere aveva smarcato la consegna e i video non fanno testo.. allora ho chiesto di farmi vedere la mia firma sul ricevuto del pacco.. Niente più risposte...(d'altronde sono tutti la stessa cricca ).. Allora ho dovuto chiamare l'associazione consumatori e visto che la sede è in Polonia non ho dovuto neppure pagare e in un mese mi hanno dato ragione e ho avuto il mio rimborso... PS: congratulazioni per il continuo aumento di prezzi, (forza Williams F1) bravi... 195 euro di listino per 5kg di proteine per poi fare il 40% di sconto.. ottima strategia!!! bravi, e pensare che che eravate il mio sito di riferimento e vi ho fatto una pubblicità meravigliosa a suo tempo (nel 2020 5KG li acquistavo da voi a 65 euro) ora invece sto consigliando a tutti di evitarvi come la peste...
They sent it to the wrong postcode. No refund - My mistake they say.
I ordered their product for the first time. After some time I received an email that proclaimed gleefully "You asked, we delivered 💪Great News your order has been delivered!"
It had not.
I made enquiries and had told I was wrong it had been delivered to me. I enquired further to see that it had been listed with my address but a postcode in Bristol. Not mine. They had delivered to the wrong address.
Thinking they would accept their mistake - I had not put down the wrong postcode. I informed them. But they refused any payment because the postal detail which were all correct had the wrong post code = which was their fault. They blamed me.
So Ive paid out. No product. No apology. No refund.
Great customer service! I will complain.

I've always purchased from My Protein, however they don't give a flying fig about their customers. Before ordering from their EU site, I contacted their CS team to confirm whether their advert on Facebook was legitimate. They confirmed it was legit. Guess what? It wasn't.
I contacted them again with my complaint, and they didn't care one bit, just fobbed my off to contact my bank to get a chargeback, took no accountability for the bad advise. As usual another company that will take your money, but as soon as there's a problem they look the other way.

Fobbed off, told to deal with myself as order had been despatched on a Sunday night don’t think so.

If you want a nervous breakdown these are the people to order from. They have sent me a product and taken my money without my consent twice now. Returning the product and then trying to get your money back is a full time job, it took me a month to get my first refund, six weeks later I still haven't received my second refund as apparently the system has rejected it (what kind of logical reason is that)! You can't speak to them on the phone,it's all done through message and you constantly have to go back and forth as they do not read the full chain of messages. I think they rely on people giving up so they can keep their money. Save yourself the mental torture and go somewhere else. It is the worst experience I have ever had from a company
