I needed some highly valuable large format prints framed (3 supplied as prints and one as an artwork file) and needed to find someone to trust to do the job perfectly. Steve and Jake @ Green Bean were absolutely superb throughout from consultation around the framing options, to colour approval of the printing and communication throughout to delivery. Absolutely top notch, highly recommended.
Very disappointed with service from Dan at Green bean. If you have any issues, which we had a few, Dan is impossible to get hold off. He doesn’t return your calls or reply to your messages. Luckily since giving up contacting, I found Sonos customer services are very helpful, should have gone straight to them. Would not recommend!

Over the last 10+ years Green Bean has built a loyal customer base by carefully listening to client need, delivering work with attention to detail and rectifying any issues, (no matter how small), as quickly and smoothly as possible.
So, we are upset we have so widely missed this mark with you.
From our perspective, when we installed the equipment in your property, we had to overcome a number of issues beyond our control and did this without hesitation and at no extra charge, including replacing a faulty speaker, rather than returning it to the manufacturer and wasting time, and installing waterproof rated storage in your garden, (again at no extra charge).
Once this work was completed, we took time to ensure you were happy controlling the system via its app which you confirmed, so are surprised to hear you are unhappy as we genuinely felt we had satisfied every aspect of your project to the best of our ability, on time and under budget.
We want you to be happy, so if ok, we have asked a company Director to give you a call to discuss further and see how we might be able to bring this matter to a close and to your complete satisfaction.
Our home cinema, CCTV and Control 4 systems were designed and installed by another company and although they worked we were suffering with a lot of niggles and breakdowns. About 5 years ago we were recommended to contact Green Bean and have been delighted with how they’ve been able to re-configure the equipment and provide us with ongoing help and support. They are always very reactive if there are any problems and if it can’t be fixed on line will arrive within a day or two to do so. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
My beans are now extremely green.

Great service, great quality product. I had security cameras installed. Dan was professional a courteous. He set up my system really quickly, set up the app and demonstrated the system to me. Easy to use and great quality cameras that record high quality sound and picture.
Dan is very professional and friendly. I needed my security system sorted and I also wanted a home cinema. He did an amazing job specially with the home cinema I guess that was the part I was more excited about it all fairness! Highly recommend him.
