Sorry, not impressed
Ordered an item late December. Was advised would not be shipped till after wholesaler reopened on Jan 8th. No problems - realize that businesses close over the holidays. However, it is now the 17th, and I still have not received the item. There is no update on my web order page. But worst of all, I have not had any response to repeated requests for an update via emails or chats. Apart from one chat reply that guaranteed they get onto it asap on Monday morning, 15th. No follow up has been provided. I can accept genuine supplier delays, but not poor or nonexistent communication. I still have no idea when my item will be shipped.

Terrible communication
Terrible communication, no transparency regarding order status. Hard to contact, not too professional even in the email exchanges. Will never recommend pre-orders from this seller ever again. Refund process was quick, however.

Floyd Rose bridge saddle
I purchased a small bridge part on 25th November and still has not arrived. After making contact it was explained these were out of stock and was offered a refund which was actioned quickly.

Great portable PA
I love the compact PA speaker it has great features that I can use for my small home music room.
Unfortunately, the unit came with a U.S. power cable and so now I can’t use it until I get a suitable power cord.

Massive waste of time and energy.
I paid for a jawharp plus express shipping. It's impossible to contact the company even after emails texts and calls. And they never sent anything. Would recommend avoiding this company big time. Edit- got a refund ages later, massive waste of time. Even took them months to respond to this review.
