Waste of my time. False advertising. Far from my cheapest quote. FAR from being even close to my cheapest quote let alone beating it

Heard advert for insurance. Got quote online. Quote was a third more expensive than any other search engine used. Got phone call from someone saying Mustard partner after saying no contact.

Honestly not even worth your time. Every quote was 50% more expensive for no reason every other comparison site can do better by quite a bit. Waste of time do not recommend at all. The logo even looks like a fist 👊 to warn you how hard they will hit your wallet

I keep getting reminders for my insurance which isn’t due for two months!!! They have quoted me £10338.97 I drive a four year old Suzuki ignis. Panicked and went on comparison sites and they are offering me less than what I pay now! The car is sale market worth 9000 at tops!!! Don’t know what they are doing but I am looking into it. I keep getting contacted by them excessively despite never having made an account with them or provide my details.
Not only that but they said that the cheapest quote I would be able to get, is actually 130% higher than my actual renewal premium at my current insurance. And with MCE, nonetheless, which happens to be the worst insurance company you can have the misfortune to deal with.

I ensured the boxes not to call me were correctly completed and while I was still on the site they called me. Also since using their site I have had numerous scam calls.

I got a call (that I did not request) and the guy was just really rude when I told him I couldn't discuss it right now as I was working.

They are the most expensive of the comparison sites so hopefully they'll go out of business with this behaviour

I always opt out of any sales calls, however these phoned me whilst i was still on their site. I will not sign up with any company with such tactics. I have reported their unsolicited sales call as i am tps registered and have gone with a company that quoted me more money but wasn't pushy

I stupidly forgot my experience from last time trying to get a car insurance quote but this time was worse.
It appears that they sell your information to other companies and yes some of those companies may be insurance brokers etc but scammers are part of that same network.
Despite checking the box stating you don't want any contact you will recieve them, and not actually from Mustard themselves but from third parties.
One of these companies were demanding information that is not necessary for car insurance and more like finance questions. Plus have started to recieve robo call scam phone calls and nuisance calls.
Avoid at all costs!

Just wanted to get a quote for a car I was looking at buying and I've had several calls daily from call centres around the UK since, leaving me voicemails about my insurance quote. It has been over a week of me ignoring them and they're still trying! Very, very annoying.

I was literally JUST getting quotes from this website and then I get a call from a mobile number. It's a man claiming to be from Mustard and said "lets see if we can get you a better deal over the phone".. to be honest his speech was so slurred I could barely understand him, he sounded like he had spent all day down the pub.

I put the phone down on him. He knew my car details etc. So weird

Passed my details on to a third party, that seemed very spammy and suspicious. Do not use, do not enter your details here.

This is a scam bug. I received a qute to renew my car insurance for a car I dont even own. I have never had insurance taken from your site.
More my details you have a corect but the car is not mine and i never own it.

Just wanted a quote for a car I was planning on buying them got contacted 2 mins later by someone claiming to work for them. Totally unprofessional trying to pressure me into having a black box and progress when I just wanted a quote. Didn’t even give me a chance to say I was just wanting a quote they just started progressing on.

Quoted a price then when I contacted the broker they upped the price and wouldn’t honour the quoted price. Mustard need to vet these brokers better. Waste of time, went to other comparison sites instead.
