finished getting quotes then immediately started getting calls from companies about insurance, the reason you go on this kind of site is to save you talking to endless companies. sharing your information like this should not be allowed I've so far blocked 9 calls🤬

I had a call from a business associate of Mustard within seconds of pressing search for quotes. I hadn't even had the results. He said that Mustard give out your details as soon as you search to other companies. I fear the worst for more spam/scam calls. This sort of practice should be banned

I filled out a quote, got a brilliant price. Went to buy it but i checked the details on the providers website first. Turns out they had changed my license to a provisional, my vehicle use to commercial travelling (instead of business). Had i have bought this policy it would’ve been cancelled and put me massively out of pocket. Avoid.

Do you listen to commercial radio...this site 'Mustard' is owned by Bauer Media Group, whose radio stations constantly bombard the listener with the £2 entry competition for 'Make me a Winner'. Maybe they should stick like mustard to what they do best - flogging competitions.

You won't win anything when purchasing insurance through this ridiculous outlet. Honestly, the quotes for insurance must certainly include shares in their naff radio stations, as the costs are truly eye watering.

Quotes are absolutely ridiculous and in my case with 15 years NCB, it equated to twice the cost of the cheapest policy esewhere. This insurance comparison site is simply one big rip off. Don't waste your time with this shower and use a proper insurance comprison website. There are plenty out there!

Quoted me almost £1000.00 more for insurance than 3 other comparison sites, only wished i had read these reviews before wasting my time, don't use them and get ripped off, check other sites first, you will be a lot richer

Exceedingly expensive even though my wife and I have a very good driving history and no children on our quote for an electric vehicle.
Wasted 10 minutes of my life being fobbed off by this Liverpool based so called insurance company.

tried for an insurance quote from this seemingly legit website. quotes were ridiculously high compared with elsewhere and within hours started getting calls from insurance brokers (who were less than useless) and scammers from across the globe.

Looks proper dodgy from all angles I started a quote but it's too slim shady for me.

I should have checked here before using Mustard for a car insurance quote. Despite ensuring all the boxes were unticked for receiving further details, within minutes of getting my (uncompetitive) quotations I had a phone call from someone referring to my contact with Mustard and wanting to discuss my car insurance. I said that I didn't wish to discuss it with him and he put the phone down on me. Not really a good way to conduct business, is it !

As others have said, they do not appear to keep your data secure and share it without consent to other companies.
I ran a quote for my car insurance and despite deliberately unchecking the boxes that permit potential insurers to contact you, less than 1 minute later I received a phone call from a 3rd party company asking why I hadn’t taken insurance and trying to get my business!
Very poor tactics, would not recommend them or use again. Other comparison sites were cheaper anyway so went elsewhere.

Got called from some scammers saying they’re from my bank and basically said they’ve blocked an attempt of a direct debit setup. Seemed legit at first until they asked for card details to change my sort code and account number. Called me one hour after getting insurance through mustard!

I used the mustard website which I didn't go on to use in the end. a year later the reminder comes through with quotes for my van insurance.
The prices look ok but there was a few amendments. I called the number advertised and went through to a totally different company.
I told the operator I had a reference number but needed a few changes.
he said that unfortunately we don't use reference numbers and that they worked along side mustard but are not mustard.
we could however go through the whole long process again with him over the phone.
My details have been given to a 3rd party without my consent.
whats going on?
I'm not convinced all this is totally legal. really disappointed with this behaviour.

shocking service all round! A call from a guy from there who took my details, insisted he could find me cheaper insurance, that their website doesn’t give all options. He then hung up. I called the mobile number he called from, no answer just music. A few calls later the mobile answer but nobody speaks then hangs up.

I’ve been trying to call their main number but been on hold for 45 minutes now.

In the meantime I have text the mobile number asking why they hung up and why they are not answering my calls but no response.

I would not get involved with this company if I were you. Shocking practice all round. I received a quote for £4k and a call back when I hadn’t requested one, and now all this nonsense.

Run for this hills!
