I haven’t received my order and customer service haven’t replied to any of my emails to refund me. As it stands, looks like I’ve been scammed.

In maart een hoesje besteld voor mijn iPhone 16 bij MUKBarcelona. Toen het hoesje binnenkwam was dit te groot voor mijn telefoon, ene paar millimeter maar wel echt te groot. Een hoesje moet goed aansluiten aan je telefoon. Vervolgens contact opgenomen met de klantenservice wat heel stroef verloopt. Via WhatsApp moest ik in eerste instantie steeds opnieuw vertellen wat het probleem was en konden ze zelfs na duidelijke foto's en filmpjes niet zien wat het probleem was. Vervolgens kreeg ik geen reactie meer op berichten. Toen maar gemaild. Dit contact verliep soepeler, maar omdat ik na 3 maanden pas contact heb opgenomen, kan ik het volledige bedrag niet terugkrijgen?? Het hoesje is niet gebruikt want waarom zou ik. Een vriendin heeft ook een hoesje besteld en deze beschadigd gekregen haar willen ze een nieuwe opsturen, maar daar wacht ze al een maand op om erachter te komen dat hij nog niet eens verstuurd is.
Super slecht dus en zou hier zeker niet aanraden om te bestellen. Voor deze prijs zou ik dit zeker ergens anders doen.

Los productos son bonitos y el servicio bueno pero la correa de tachas no aguanta nada. No volveré a comprarla.

Una marca de total confianza. Destacan tanto por la calidad de lo que venden como por la rapidez del servicio. Sin duda repetiré.

I am beyond impressed with this phone case! I accidentally dropped my phone while getting out of my boyfriend’s truck, and before we realized it, he ran over it with his truck. I thought my phone was completely destroyed, but thanks to this case, there was literally no damage at all. I was shocked! Not only is the brown studded case beautiful, but it truly protected my phone. I’ll definitely be ordering more and highly recommend MUK Barcelona to anyone looking for a stylish and durable case!

These cases are expensive, they do not last longer than 5 months! It’s peeled and the metal is tarnished! Don’t waste your money like we did. They also charge you an additional 30.00 when delivered. I’m not sure if this is because of tariffs or not but ridiculous none the same!!!

Tengo muchas de sus fundas y nunca había tenido ningún problema pero tuve una incidencia y me la resolvieron enseguida! El trato fue muy cercano y la comunicación de 10, además la entrega fue rápidisima y el producto en perfectas condiciones. Son fundas diferentes y originales y sobretodo con una calidad excepcional :)

Website is flawed ! Changes size of case when you choose colour and is not clear at all. This should be pointed out. Resulted in me ordering the wrong size phone case. Store customer service on WhatsApp refused return as its personalised and wouldn’t accept any responsibility for the issue on their website. So unhelpful! Sent an email to their head office and no reply! The case is exactly what I wanted just wrong size. Any other retailer would have suggested some resolution and most would send a replacement as a gesture of goodwill!

I want to share my experience with MUK, which was unfortunately VERY DISAPPOINTING.

I am not someone who usually leaves negative reviews. I tried to be as nice as possible and reach an amicable solution, offering various options to resolve this issue, but unfortunately, it was impossible to settle anything politely with them.

At the beginning, they sold me a product that they did not actually have in stock. I waited over a month for it to be shipped with no updates or communication. Every time I asked for clarification, I was repeatedly told that they were waiting for the item to arrive at their US warehouse.

During that time, I also ordered another product that was supposedly in stock, and it was shipped immediately. However, I was never informed about the extremely high shipping costs to the U.S. I ended up being charged almost the same amount for shipping as for the product itself, and UPS demanded an additional $40 payment on delivery for shipping and customs fees.

Only later did I find out that the package wasn’t coming from a US warehouse at all, as I had been told, but all the way from Barcelona, which explains the unexpected costs. Because I had already paid for shipping at checkout, I refused to accept the package.

Over a month later, I received a letter stating that interest was accruing on this unpaid package, a package that in my opinion MUK, not I, should be responsible for. Afraid the fees would keep increasing, I paid for the package despite never receiving it.

I contacted MUK again to request a refund and explained the entire situation. Once again, I encountered poor customer service, unclear communication, and a refusal to reimburse the UPS charges.

Putting aside the fact that this situation should never have happened in the first place, the customer service was truly terrible. It felt as though the staff didn’t understand my emails at all, they dragged the process on endlessly, and the number of messages I had to send just to receive a refund was unbelievable. Unfortunately, they only reacted when I started writing more firmly and directly.

In the end, I did receive refunds for the products themselves. However, I was very unprofessionally informed that they would not refund the UPS payment. Instead of helping me resolve this issue, MUK just avoided any responsibility and washed their hands of the whole situation. For that reason, and because of the overall experience, I am leaving this review.
