Amazing experience and products
The quality of their anime rings is exquisite. The team have been absolutely fantastic. Very open and communicative with the purchasing/shipping processes through to the exchange process.
If there was an option for 10 stars I feel it still would not be enough.
Definitely a store I will happily purchase from again and highly recommend.

Excellent Customer Service
We purchase a 2 ring set. Upon receiving the order, one of the rings was sent in error. But reaching out to correct the issue was smooth. They provided excellent customer service and corrected the issue above our expectations. Highly recommend using their site. The quality of the rings we recieved was amazing and the fact that they use Shop to track the shipping is great.

My order experience was better than I expected. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and with zero hassle it was replaced and I got to keep the one I ordered wrong. They were professional and very helpful. I fully recommend.

I contacted their support team as their ring wasnt quite the right size and honestly the service i got was amazing, quick and efficient and honestly I cant thank them enough for the service they provided me even though the time zones make it difficult, I am truly happy with the service provided thank you Mugensense for everything :)

Beautiful rings, good customer service.
I saw the MugenSense rings and really took a shine to their “Ultra Instinct” design. I decided to buy it and I was glad I did. It’s classy and the tungsten really gives it a weighty feel. Sadly, I had some sizing issues but MugenSense worked with me to get it swapped for the correct one. It was quick and easy and the customer service was really good. I would highly recommend.

I ordered the wrong ring size.
I ordered a ring off this site and the shipping was fast and quick. I ordered the wrong size and after contacting customer support. They offered me to keep the wrong size ring, and send me the correct size ring. Only with the shipping and restocking fee. The ring is nice and looks amazing. Customer service was fast and really helpful.

So I already have a tungsten ring from somewhere else and they're usually quite expensive. I was a little sketched out at first but the ring is definitely tungsten, similiar weight to the one I already have
