Doesn’t deserve even a single star

Doesn’t deserve even a single star. A bunch of bureaucrats who take 3-4 days to reply to an email. Sent emails every Monday to get updates, and I hear back on Thursday afternoon, that my shipment is not on it’s way as originally planned. Same thing for 4 weeks. I ask for updates every monday and hear back Thursday that I will get updates next Monday or Tuesday. Ridiculous! I have yet to understand where my parcel is and when I should expect it. It is taking a longer time to deliver it to me from a country nearby than to transport it all the way from China. Managers who don’t know that it is their job to SOLVE problems. I had to check online to tell them the vessel had already arrived at left the destination it was supposed to, when they were telling me it hadn’t arrived yet. It is unbelievable that such a big name is ran by such small-little people, hiding behind their screens, doing absolutely nothing and having no clue where my goods are . Never do business or trust your goods with MCS Albania shpk. Worse experience in 10 years.

You people should be ashamed of yourselves!! Massive net profits during a pandemic yet you dont try and assist exporters in any way!

Owners and directors should be locked up you damn thieves!!!

They still live in the 90s

They are really outdated in everything they do, if you want to solve something in a few hours, forget it, they will drag you for days:
- they send you a T&C to sign to a separate email address
- after some hours they ask you to send documents and a request to another email address for an invoice
- after some other hours you receive an invoice
- you make the payment, and after other hours your get the haulage release

All these steps would cost you around 4-12 working hours, which could be 2-3 working days.

Their emails are long and automated, and they keep sending you the same automated email over and over.

The employers are cryptic on the phone and via emails.

They could create an account where all of these could be solved. That's how people live in 2022, not them.

When you are tired, under stress and pressure, and you have to deal with this, you wonder on what planet you are.

Worse shipping line ever !!@

Worse shipping line ever. Shameless and scandalous service being ripped off every day for charges incurred because they ignore you and don't pick up the phone, and then move your containers off quay so you cannot arrange your own haulage. Not a care in the world and poor clients foot the bill for their pathetic service which causes them to go bankrupt.

This must be one of the worst shipping…

This must be one of the worst shipping companies on the planet. 3 times they have said that the 2 containers have been arranged and 3 times the containers have failed to materialise and now the LC has expired and I have £100k worth of product I cant ship.

Absolutely rubbish and daylight robbery

Charging a fortune for storage and port costs and leaving Anglo Pacific to pick up the pieces - container is weeks late, over 3000 USD in added costs and basically a bunch of thieves in my opinion.

Given their 91% poor rating that dont seem to care.

This is the worst company ever
I wish i never never worked with them
They dont care about the clients at all
The just keep giving stupid excuses always
I am still waiting for my container,its delayed for almost 3 months now
The container is in south africa for one month,everytime i call them they just give me different dates of arrival,i am sick and tired of talking with them
Its the first and last time i am working with them,they dont deserve to be trusted,dont deserve any star at all
I am really upset with their work
I wish i could sue them for the loss i am having because of them,they dont follow their own rules and system of working
This is really sad

Rude Customer Service

MSC’s customer service is awful. After being on hold for 50 minutes, they bring me to voicemail. The second time that I call, I wait 40 minutes just to be connected to a rude employee who hangs up after I ask if she can look up a second OBL number. She really ruined my day.

If I could give negative I would

If I could give negative I would. MSC nickels and dimes on both sides. Asking for meal receipts to check to make sure $2 soda/juice/coffee/tea not charged on meal as crew limited to 2 bottles of water per day of hotel stay if their ship is delayed. Based on how they treat their crew alone I would never sail on one of their cruise ships.
On the other end trying to get a container released has been a nightmare. Their online system is antiquated. You need to request a copy of an invoice before you can pay it. The delay in turnaround is several hours. The only thing that works well is their payment acceptance screen. Showing storage fee paid and TELEX release confirmed but they still have freight hold on it. Since terminal closes for long holiday weekend in a couple hours and no time to p/u container, we are now forced by their own delays to pay them an extra 4 days of storage! (at 165/day) Its outright extortion. If you are a small company or individual, I would avoid using MSC like the plague!

Unprofessional organisation of logistics. Container is delayed for 4 months. Lack of communications, company doesn't answer to emails. Not giving a sh**t on their customers.

Worst worst company ever its been 4 months and still we have not receive our container. The container is sitting in one place over 2 months n still all intended shipments failed. This company should be sue for damages they cost people.

Delusione totale!

Delusione totale!
Sono stata varie volte in crociera. Consideravo MSC una buona compagnia. Invece si è dimostrata disorganizzata e priva di qualunque tipo di risposta utile per i clienti. Già prima di partire due delle destinazioni scelte erano state tolte dall'itinerario. Nessun rimborso per wifi che non funzionava quasi mai (pagato 300 euro per 4 accessi). Ristorante che di stelle ne aveva veramente poche (riso scotto, salmone rinsecchito, scelta molto limitata). I costi sono indicati senza iva o sovraccarichi vari (te ne accorgi quando arriva il conto che ogni bevanda ti costa oltre il 20% in più). Da Venezia accettazione ore 10.00 poi tampone poi bus, insomma saliti a mangiare in nave a Monfalcone alle 15.30 senza nemmeno un pacchetto di cracker per non morire di fame (e c'è gente che è salita dopo le 17!). Nessun rimborso. Gita a Bari partita dopo attesa di 2 ore in teatro per ritardo della nave, con guida che non riusciva a formulare una frase corretta in italiano, che ci ha vietato di accedere a qualunque locale per comprare una bottiglia d'acqua (con la minaccia di non farci risalire in nave) e c'erano 40 gradi e gente con bimbi piccoli.. Ad Atene, pagata gita con MSC per tour della città, scopriamo a metà del giro che non possiamo scendere dal bus per 3 ore se non per una sosta ai bagni pubblici per strada. Anche qui nessun rimborso. E infine mi chiedo perché obbligare le persone a farsi fare le foto se poi le vendete a 25 euro?!? E perché stamparle tutte quando esistono schermi che consentono di mostrarle a chi le vuole acquistare e di non sprecare carta (magari il prezzo sarebbe più ragionevole!). Ci hanno raccontato che la nave sarebbe stata mezza vuota ma ogni mattina c'era coda per la colazione, nessun posto per mettere le salviette in nave perché i lettini erano sempre tutti occupati e a 10 cm uno dall'altro, teatro pieno (anche i posti contrassegnati con le x) nelle serate in cui c'era un unico spettacolo.
A metà settimana ci hanno richiamato per un secondo tampone senza informare nessuno che chi aveva greenpass non era tenuto a farlo (quindi altro disguido evitabile e inutile). Non ho sentito una persona soddisfatta sulla nave (MSC Orchestra luglio 2021). E, nonostante fosse scritto sul biglietto di ciascuna escursione che avremmo dovuto compilare il modulo di gradimento a fine gita, di moduli non ne sono mai arrivati a nessuno, nemmeno a fine crociera. Forse sanno già tutto ;-)
Insomma. Capisco il covid, ma di vacanze come questa spero di non farne più.

These are the excuses of MSC not been able to transport containers in a schedule as well not been able to handle transparent the communication with the customer.
Only bad excuses. First they told me due to Covid-19 they are full with transport etc, and after MSC not been able to deliver to Antwerp and instead they bring it to an other port delaying my container from a schedule voyage of 21 days, very quick turns to 50 days. Not even interest to do their best and look after the customer. What a shame.

Driver tried to run my car with…

Driver tried to run my car with children in off the road! 3 lanes went down to 1 quite suddenly abs so I indicated to move into third available lane. There was space but the drive of this company decided to speed up so not to let me in and took off my wing mirror. Would have been worse if I hadn’t swerved away. Had my children in the car who were really upset at it all

I wish I had read these reviews before…

I wish I had read these reviews before using MSC!!!. My initial ETA for my shipment was 5/26 and it's 7/12 today. Shipment has been stuck in the same location for almost two months now and each "intended transshipment" date has changed numerous times since. No one answers their phone. I'm done with them!

Puppy transportation

In purchasing a puppy from a breeder who uses this service, MSC all of a sudden- "like 3 hours before the puppy was supposed to be shipped", informed me there is a 1455.00 charge for mandatory insurance that is required. The breeder knew NOTHING about the charge. And MSC wanted it wired in cash. At this time, the purchase of the puppy is in limbo.
