Great Customer Service
The only company I could find which sells individual Drivesett Argent Edging, great for smaller DIY projects. Great customer service, in particular Luke was very responsive. Highly recommended.

I made an enquiry via email regarding a delivery about which I'd had no definite details.
I received a phone call fairly soon after to confirm my enquiry was in hand, the following morning received an email to say item had been tracked down and I'd receive it that afternoon, which I did.
That's great customer service in my book..

The order was placed with our selves and the branch that was dealing with your order didn't have the stock in the end so they tried to get the stock from another branch but they did not have the stock either so the order got cancelled and refunded immediately for you,
We tried to supply the goods purchased but couldn't and this is the cause of the delay with the order,

Delivery Failure Impacted Ongoing Project
After a disappointing delivery experience with another company, I decided to contact MP Moran to supply 4 jumbo bags of grano dust, as I urgently needed the materials on Thursday, 2 January to finish a job by Monday.
I contacted the Watford branch by both phone and email, clearly explaining the situation. I specifically asked to be told if delivery was not possible, so I could order elsewhere in time. I was assured that the delivery would be made on the morning of 2 January.
Based on that guarantee, I trusted them, organised labour, and planned the works accordingly.
By 13:00, it became clear that no delivery was coming. After calling and emailing again, I was then told that delivery would only be possible on Monday, 5 January
This caused not only a financial loss due to wasted labour and delays, but also damaged my professional credibility with my client which is far more difficult to recover.
Mistakes can happen, but what is frustrating is being given a firm assurance when it clearly could not be met. I’m sharing this experience to hopefully create awareness for other tradespeople who rely on accurate delivery commitments to run their businesses

We do state not to book any builders or workmen until the goods arrive as there could be a multitude of reasons why a delivery couldn't be made,
You Should of been contacted by our transport team to inform you this would not be delivered on the 2nd and we will have this looked into this as they should be contacting customers pertaining to their orders,
