If you are in the trade and looking to place an order for multiple bathrooms, I would strongly suggest reviewing other options. Had a project with 3 bathrooms, items were missed, delivered damaged and returns were incredibly slow. The internal communication seems to be in disarray. Overall the process (still ongoing, 5 months on) has been really frustrating. It's a real shame as they have been good in the past.

Ordered items. Payment taken. Then told out of stock and refund take few days. Needed asap to finish a job. Had to order elsewhere and my customer not happy with me now

Austin did the most amazing job of helping me create my dream kitchen. He was knowledgeable and accommodating and the whole process from beginning to end was an absolute dream! Would recommend to anyone who’s looking to renovate!

I use the shop is Castleisland Co.Kerry. the team is always so helpful and delivery service is spot on. Prices are competitive too so I can get everything I need. Highly recommend

Appalling in every way. Placed an order and had endless delivery problems (e.g. was told by branch it would arrive in next hour, and still waiting 4 hours later). Online customer service number doesn't work at all. Branch customer service line goes dead as soon as you press the relevant option '3'. Options 1 (misc/electrical) and 2 (plumbing) hardly ever answered. When I finally got through a nincompoop put me on endless muzak hold. Emails are never answered. Took day off work, borrowed a car, paid for all day parking and have spent hours fruitlessly trying to get in touch with this utterly useless shambles of a 'company'. Do yourself a favour and shop literally anywhere else!

After B&Q let me down at the last minute, MP Moran Tottenham pulled out all the stops to source and deliver coving the day before the installer was due. Lucas (who will be known as ‘Lovely Lucas’ in this house hereafter!) went over and above to help me out - a total star.

Absolute joke of a company. Been waiting 3 weeks for an order. Chased for 2 weeks to be told it’s coming the next day the next day the next day the next day. Managed to get to someone in charge and he gave me he’s personal number, wouldn’t answer for days and just as bad as the delivery. Couldn’t even tell me where my order is and I’m none the wiser. Just being ignored left right and centre…. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Utterly delighted that I found MP Moran …! Brilliant customer service/ super prompt and friendly delivery / great materials …! And they professionally cut to exact size (for a wisely small fee ;)

I had my kitchen and boots room from MP Moran and very happy with both results.
The show room staff are very friendly, helpful and responsive to all the queries.
I’m delighted and recommend them.

Staff are friendly but click and collect service is not to be trusted as stock levels are inaccurate. Added to this parking at the store is close to impossible. My Saturday morning wasted.

I've been using the Willesden branch over the last 7 months to renovate my flat and I have found the staff at Moran so helpful and patient. I'm female, not a builder and could have felt overwhelmed but the staff at the till and in the warehouse have been kind and professional. Yesterday Kamar was particularly helpful.

Rude customer service

Improper product both in quantity and material delivered. in contact with Customer Services 17 days ago, to arrange for material as ordered to be delivered. The fulfilling branch at Watford refused to accept the mistake although 15 bags of cement/postcrete as delivered is nothing like the 9 bags of limestone chippings (6mm) as ordered. Reimbursement and collection offered by Customer Services and accepted as of 12 days ago BUT still nothing. The transaction is now in dispute via the Payment Card

Took payment for my order, then canceled it claiming the item's were no longer in stock. The website showed all items in stock when I placed the order including delivery charges. Never had the decency to phone just sent me a email cancelling.

Great prices, fast delivery, friendly customer service and excellent communication. Highly recommended

Placed order online, few hours later received an email saying that order was cancelled, because they don't have that item anymore, meanwhile now - few days later - that item is still shown as being in stock. Also, still haven't received my refund, so had to request a chargeback from my bank.

Placed an order for boards to be cut for collection. Didn’t hear from them for over two weeks so went into store. Got told that the machine wasn’t working and have to wait until collection email comes through. No email to say that machine was broken or anything. Disappointed
