I’ve never worn lashes before but I decided to try it out. The nano-grip are unbelievably easy for a true beginner to apply. I also accidentally got one set that were a little too glam for my newbie taste and I wanted to exchange for something more subtle. The moxie team was so fast (instant, really) in responding to my inquiry and helped me select a set that were more my vibe. I highly recommend this company- they’re doing it right. Looking forward to loving my lashies!!

Sierra was the best customer service agent I have ever worked with. She was kind, friendly & very empathetic to my problem. She was also very thorough & informative on all I needed to do. She even followed up with me & filed the claim with Route as they gave me different info than she did. Route msgd me immediately with a new replacement order all thanks to Sierra. I'm keeping her as a contact for all of my Moxie needs!

This company always exceeds my expectations. I live in Canada and religiously purchase their products. The products are top notch and the customer service is outstanding. It's a little pricey especially when transferring to Canadian funds, but 100% worth it. I will not buy lashes from anywhere else.

I tried to use the magnetic lashes, but I had an allergic reaction to the metal. I contacted MoxieLash to explain what happened and they were awesome! Sierra promptly gave me credit for all of the magnetic lashes that I had purchased. I will go back to using the nano grip lashes. My favorite is the wifey lashes. Sierra really made my day with her outstanding customer service!

Love the product! I have ordered 4 times and delivery is fast while the product is excellent. Customer service is the best, I had one last arrive bent and they replaced it immediately.

I had made an error on my last order and was having a few issues with the order. After submitting my issue and concerns and asking for ideas on how to rectify it Sierra was beyond helpful. The quick response was amazing and the solution to help me move forward was beyond what i had expected. Exceptional customer service!

So far the customer service has been terrific. I received a partial order and when I flipped out, I was assured that I still had more product coming. I like the tutorials they send out on how to use the products. So far I've only used one of the products but it was certainly beautiful and satisfactory to use.

The customer service can’t be beat. Sierra was wonderful and helpful during a stressful time. I’m getting ready for my upcoming wedding. She went above and beyond to see that I had lashes for my big day. I ruined my lashes as I couldn’t get the liner out and I poked a hole in the liner in the process of getting it out. It went over my entire lashes making them unusable. She was caring enough to replace the pair so I would have lashes for my wedding. It is rare to find a company that stands behind their product 100% and will do whatever they can to make the customer happy. I would not hesitate ordering from them in the future.

The lashes and the kits are absolutely beautiful. I have been purchasing for about 4-5 years. When I received my order I had realized I had received the 5 magnet lashes when I intended on the 10 micro magnet lashes. Customer service was prompt, understanding and easy to work with, and helped me replace!

Amazing customer service! I had ordered the magnetic lashes but was having issues making them look good when I applied them. I then purchased the Nano lashes and liked them much better. I contacted Customer Service and Sierra refunded my magnetic lash purchase and also exchanged the original 2 nano lashes I bought as I had pulled off the silicone thinking it wasn't needed. I'm now a customer for life! Thank you!

Wow , Moxie lash is affordable & gives the flexibility of independently taking your eyelashes on & off as you please . BRIEFLY ! I ordered Moxie lashes for the first time and love the look, but struggled with the magnetic liner irritating my eyes, and i could not possibly get away wiht these every day. I reached out and they offered me a trial of nano-grip which are easier on the eyelids. I hope they feel better. If i love them, Moxie lash will offer me equal value toward replacement, or a full refund if I cannot tolerate the new ones either. fingers crossed. They look amazing!!

I am not a first time customer of MoxieLash. I have tried their magnetic lashes (both the brown and black) and really liked them. I also tried the nano grip full lash set and was not impressed (The nano grip I received was dried up) and so lashes would not stick.

Hold the phone people....third times the charm for sure!!! I ordered the Lashies Lady instant lash clusters. Wow, I love them. After practicing for a few minutes on application I was able to apply and they turned out great. They look more natural on me than the magnetic lashes and the hold is great. 24hrs straight so far and going strong. Will be purchasing again for sure.

I absolutely love the nano lashes! They are so easy to put on and stay in place. The customer service team is one of the best part of the company. They helped me out a couple times. If you are looking for lashes that look great and easy to put on, try the nano lashes!
