Best lashes EVER.
I just had a set last and entire week. No other cluster lash on the market even comes close. I had an issue with a recent order and Sierra immediately fixed the issue!! 10/10 recommend!!!

Very quick response time from customer…

Very quick response time from customer service, convenient ordering, and great policy for one time exchange on an order. Love the product. I have now tried the majority of the cluster sets, and my favorite is the sultry lash! Highly recommend.

Great Product. Great experience.

I initially ordered the lash clusters and love them -- easy to apply, stay on well and look great.
I recently ordered some full lashes to try -- the ones I ordered ended up being a little to "drama" for my 60-yr-old face, so I reached out to see if I could exchange for something more suited to me. Sierra in Customer Service was super responsive and make the whole transaction a breeze. Great product and great company to work with!

Didn’t care for these at all

These are too wiry, thick and unnatural looking for me. They did not go on as easy or oook as flattering as some other brands I prefer (Silly George). I will not be buying these again and I threw the rest of the pack out after 2 attempts at wearing them.

Reality honest review

The customer service you'll get better results emailing...trust me. So they did rectify a situation slightly. They reimbursed the issue. But the website is very deceiving with free offers. Now the actual lashes. They work. The magnetic liner goes on pretense even if your not a liquid liner pro. Careful at the corner of eyes a little goes a long way a thin stroke. Wait 5 minutes to dry. I have hooded eyes so keep your eyes closed for 5 minutes if you have hooded eyes or you'll have a liner mess during drying time. I suggest buying the hand fan or any will do. Applying the lashes..I wanted to try on all three after unboxing...mistake. if you remove the lash more than twice you'll mess up yhe liner it'll Crack away. So it only takes 2 tries to get them on perfect anyway but trying all the styles has to wait. I'd say for the "pretty lash" and "naughty lash" their loud and profound. Not perfect for small eyes if you want subtle but slightly profound go with the "essential kit volume two. Its complimentary to smaller eyes snd hooded eyes. My honest review but yes they are quality

Great company and lash serum is AMAZING!

Great company! I got the nano-grip lashes and a free lash serum with my purchase. I have very sensitive eyes and ended up with a bad reaction to the lashes. They made my eyes burn horribly within a few minutes of putting them on. The company was easy to deal with and honored their money back guarantee with no problems at all. I love the lash serum and will be a life long user. The serum has minimal eye irritation and I’d say 90% less than all other lash serums I’ve tried. I forget to use it daily and only use a few times a week. I get compliments on my lashes now all the time and even get people asking if they are fake. If works do well. The company is great!

The worst experience ever!

The worst experience ever!! My eyes are swollen, red, and I have extreme bags!! These lashes look like absolute crap! I had to take them off immediately after trying all three looks. So fake and cheap! Not at all what I was expecting, and I was hoping to wear them for my upcoming wedding! Im so sorry I spent $25 to throw these in the garbage!!

Out of stock for months. Instagram ads lie about being restocked.

I’ve faithfully used the nano-grip lashes for the past two years and in the past 4-5 months they are CONTINUOUSLY “sold out” of the 4 styles I use. Their Instagram account is currently using false ads that tout “nano-grip RESTOCKED!” With a link that just takes you to the same old tired webpage with their so-called products for sale still listed as “sold out”. People need and deserve CONSISTENCY and RELIABILITY from the beauty products they’ve invested in and remained loyal to. I suspect they are either tanking or planning to increase the price of the already expensive product. The nano-grips are good, but not good enough to be ok not having reliable access to them for many months at a time, and DEFINITELY not good enough to pay more for during a trade war, which I suspect will be the case if and when they ever actually restock. Time to find an alternative.

Dried glue

Have tried several times to use this product and have had multiple issues with dried up glue- even when the package was allegedly brand new. Total waste.

Disappointed in the communication and shipping

I ordered the lash cluster starter set, the items I picked did not say out of stock like some of the other items. They also said it would take 2 business days to ship. I ordered on February 20, and my order still has not shipped. Every time I contact them, they keep pushing it out another week. Yet they had no problem charging my credit card; it’s very frustrating. I will never order from them again and I do plan on telling everyone I know my experience so they will not waste their time and money ordering from them.

Disappointing Experience with Customer Service + Missing Item

I had high hopes when ordering the MoxieLash starter package, but the experience has been disappointing. The advertised package included an application tool, which I paid for but never received. When I reached out to customer service, I was met with a less-than-helpful response: "Reshipment depends on stock availability."

To make matters worse, I was also asked to provide a photo of the items I did receive. Why is this necessary? It’s frustrating to feel like I have to chase down something that should’ve been included in the first place.

Great products are only part of the equation — good customer service keeps customers coming back. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider future purchases.

100% best customer service…

100% some of the best customer service around these days. I needed to change an order item and ask for help with applications and the reps are so super helpful they even emailed me a list of video links to help me because I'm new to false eyelashes. The change process was super easy and quick.

Must try!!!!!!

My first purchase was the Giddy lashies. I liked them and I was looking to add to my lash collection and bought the airy and lovely lashies. I did not like them as they didn't look like I had any lashes on. So I wanted to exchange them. The exchange was super easy, after a few emails with a customer representative, she had 2 replacement lashies ordered for me! I ordered the Giddy again and I am going to try the wifey! I highly recommend Moxie lash!

Total scam

Total scam! There is no nano grip! I just tried these and obviously the small tube that comes with it is glue because if you try to put them on with out it they do not stick at all but they supposedly are “glueless”. But the even if you use the “clear eyeliner” which mine is half way dried up they still don’t stick to my lash line! Total waste of money!

Super happy, and satisfying experience

Had to have a replacement order put in and the customer service I received was impeccable! Sierra was so kind, very helpful and quick to respond. Whwn 1 thing was no longer available, she found a perfect solution and fulfilled my order and processed it quickly. She did everything she could to fulfill my needs /wants .
In the end , this was one of the best experiences I've had for customer service support !

So...first time ordering but heard…

So...first time ordering but heard great things from friends. I usually get extensions but love the idea of being able to do my own (easily)! :)
I was tracking my order and DHL was slow on delivery and updates. I contacted Moxie and the Customer Service Rep promptly expedited shipping for a new order. I am a professional online shopper and this level of service is not common. Love it! Hope I love my lashes as much as the service :)
Lashes expected to arrive in a couple days.

I ordered lashes on Dec. 3rd as a Christmas gift. Today is Dec. 26 and I never received them. Customer support said they were probably lost. Their only solution was a refund or to have them re-sent. No thanks! Terrible customer service. Will not be ordering from them again!
