I found Talal and the Moveroo team via Safestore self storage. I called him with an emergency last minute move request for my elderly parents and gave him less than a weeks notice. Immediately Talal’s organisation and attention to details was faultless. He kept me fully updated on all the costs and his team packed and moved my parents seamlessly. I feel very lucky to have found Moveroo and they come highly recommended by me, I would use them again without hesitation. Thank you so much Talal!

The entire removal process was very seamless and the tracking facility was extremely helpful. Thanks to Talal for a wonderful job co-ordinating and always being available on call and text for any queries.

This is my second time using moveroo. I must say amazing customer service. The lads were slightly quiet but I guess they're just there to do the job. On the overhand, Talal who I assume is the manager, friendly and communicated well. Snacks and hot drinks were also offered on both occasion which was very nice. Highly recommend this company.

I.have used Moveroo several times in 2023, impressed I gave a good review. However I recently used them again but was really disappointed with the time it took then to load and unload the contents of one, bedroom, as I was paying by the hour it was a problem. They were given the job of moving my daughters bedroom contents from TW12 to Kentish Town with a pick up in Bow to collect one chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The move was a car crash, they were not professional removal men with experience but students, who had absolutely no get up and go. It took two men 1 hour to load the van of contents from one, double bedroom and 2 hours to unload the contents from one, double bedroom plus a chest of drawers and a wardrobe to a bedroom in a second floor flat. Parking was a issue and they couldn’t park right outside. So in total 6 hours for one man. They were slow and slow to fix a problem when the wardrobe wouldn’t fit up the stairs, hinges needed to be removed. At one point one of the men was carrying one small item in his hand, it was such a contrast and therefore a cost difference from 2023. I have tried to settle my dissatisfaction directly with Moveroo before writing this review and unfortunately they were not willing to reduce my final bill. My advice to anyone is try and get an agreed fix rate and don’t be fooled by the attractive hourly rate my daughters bedroom contents move from TW12 to Kentish Town via Bow cost close to £600.00. I am really dissatisfied and will not use the removers again.

Organised the move well, and the guys he brings were quick, but careful with the items and both properties despite having to do 15+ trips up and down 4 flights of stairs

Absolute fantastic experience. The guys took care of the whole move, disassembled and reassembled fortnights I did not even know could be. Fast, efficient, and polite, would absolutely recommend to anyone to keep the stress out of moving!

I’ve used many removal companies, none that take so much pride in the quality of the their service. A wonderful team lead by Talal. He is kind, professional and made me feel absolutely certain my furniture and belonging were safe. He was on item, he didn’t delay and his quote was fair and worth every penny. I require removal men very often due to my line of work and will use Talal and his team exclusively from now on.
