These guys are pure professionals. Every item they handled was treated as if it was their own. Our move started at 8am and required 2 Lutons and a second run. Due to us not receiving keys until 3pm, the unloading of the second run did not finish until 10pm so these guys did a 14 hour shift of pure hard work. The second run involved the handling of a precious, almost vintage motor bike currently not on the road. Due to such a late completion and finish, we expected the final cost to come in a fair bit higher than it did. Extremely good value compared to other removal companies. Special mention for Alex! He was brilliant and so polite and helpful. Hopefully we won't be moving again for a long time, but if we did we wouldn't use anyone else. Thoroughly recommend these guys 100%

Don’t trust this company left my things unattended for 15 minutes on the side of the street and left the truck and driver left when I wanted the things put in the storage unit Disgusting scammers and charged and failed to do their job when I was in a vulnerable situation which I disclosed prior! Charged ne a huge amount which I’m disputing now. Don’t trust this company with your personal belongings complete scum bags! Working with safe storage in Earl’s Court don’t trust either scum bag company. Shame on you! Scammer crooks!

Had the guys turn up early this morning. Came on time and were ready to get things moving. Had to get items into storage and they managed to squeeze everything in with ease. Reliable company you can trust.

They were very clean tidy and neat.
We had trouble moving my 3 seater out the front door .. They tried everything and they were relentless not to give up.
We eventually took the front door off but unfortunately that didn’t help either.

Working with Moveroo was great - I had to arrange a very short notice removal van to help move stuff from a self storage locker to South London. Talal and Dave both gave me an excellent customer experience, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for friendly, hassle free movers.

Albeit a few problems that were out of their control, the team turned up a got the job done within 2 and a half hours. Very polite and hard working gentlemen.
