The kuat NV 2.0 was our dream Fat Bike Rack of choice. After looking at many local Bike Shops they were all on back-order.
After Google searching for in stock kuat NV 2.0 Movatik.com had 7 in-stock. I called their "Customer Service" toll free number just to confirm that this kuat NV 2.0 was in-stock. Yes - Placed my order on-line mid-week and on Saturday Fed-Ex brought the box to my door.

Delivery rescheduled

I ordered and paid for the part, but I did not initially receive delivery. However, a new delivery was promptly rescheduled and I was happy to receive the part.

Best Customer Service Experience of Recent Memory

I was hesitant to buy from Movatik because I had not heard of them before and there prices seemed a little too good. However, I went here to Trustpilot and the reviews gave me enough confidence to buy from them. When my dad got the gloves I had bought him, he found out they were ladies rather then men's and so I had to reach out to support to resolve the issue. Unlike pretty much any major company you have to work with these days, I was able to quickly get in contact with a human being and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to mail back the gloves we first got and get a replacement. The customer service provided was the best I've gotten in years. I just wish other companies had half the quality of service that this company had.
