IfI could give a negative score I would but 1 is the lowest. I wanted to buy P Line swivels and saw them advertised on Shop. They had the lowest price and bulk packages so they advertised. What I received were Pucchi swivels and not P Line swivels. I contacted them and they requested a photo of what I received which I supplied. They sent a prepaid return label and promised a refund. After a while I gort an email saying they partially refunded me and the full refund would come later. I later got an email saying they would deduct the return shipping cost from my refund?? It was their mistake and I shouldn't have to pay for their fraud/error. I will never purchase anything from them again. Avoid at all costs.

This place is a joke, you think you're getting a good deal, but you'll be lucky if you stuff ever ships, then they play apologetic after weeks of blowing you off!!
If you need proof just try to call their phone number as its disconnected.

I should have known when the price was way too good. Ordered a bicycle computer. A few days after I placed the order I emailed to find out why there was no shipping information. Then they told me the product was out of stock and delayed. I asked for a refund and to cancel the order. Then the next day they offered me $15 off. I asked for a refund and to cancel the order. At that point I just said F this and let my bank handle it. Then I got another email wanting to know why I was canceling the order yet they still would not process a refund. I ordered a pair of Xero shoes on sale. They arrived clearly used with dirt stuck in both soles! Honestly, even if I thought I was buying used gear, I would expect it to be clean.
I live in Portland, where OMC used to be. This site has nothing to do with Oregon Mountain Community; it's a Seattle reseller of returned gear.

Scam Artists. Stay AWAY. If you don’t want your money going to a guy who is running a thievery scheme don’t buy here. Same story over and over. “We don’t have it”. You’ll get your money back in 1-3 days.” Revolving slush fund. May God have mercy on your souls.

If I could give negative stars I would. I am trying to save you some trouble here. If you choose to move forward and do business with OMC that will be on you. I did a search and found a product the had a good price at OMC. Pulled the trigger in trying to support the mom and pop brick and mortar business. MISTAKE! Heard nothing for 5 days and then got an email stating the an inventory glitch showed they only had one of the items and the second item was shipping. Provided a USPS tracking number. That item sat and NEVER moved for 12 days in Portland while I went around and around and around with some clown named Jake. Told a tale about this and a tale about that. I had originally started the order process on 1/11. I am still NOT 100% certain that issue is resolved and the refund has been completed. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH OMC. IT WILL NOT BE WORTH IT. I ordered the same items from another vendor for $18 dollar more per item. Got them it just 3 days. Imagine that! I am sure we'll get some response from OMC on how they helped resolve the issue. Maybe so , maybe not. Just don't subject yourself the this poorly run business and their less then wonderful customer service. You've been warned.

I've ordered a Kuhl sweater for Christmas as a only gift for my husband. After SIX days they informed me that they don't have it. While I understand that it may happen, it shouldn't take six days, especially before Christmas. Took them another 2 days to cancel the order. Add 3 days for refund and basically my Christmas gift was ruined...

Had them bought as a present and I know they weee ordered months ago all my fishing boots are a size 10 so wasn’t expecting when I rocked up on the bank to find omc sizing is ridiculous. I managed to squeeze my feet into them just so reckon I would have needed a 12
No where local stocks them so it’s hit and miss and a pain to order and return and as a side note my feet are bloody freezing

Wanted to replace my Salewa Wildfire Edge approach shoes that were worn out after 3 years of use. Best approach/hiking shoe I have ever owned. I was happy to find the shoes are still made but in searching for the best price I found OMC Gear was the only one offering a discount on the MSR price. I ordered on Tuesday, they were shipped on Wednesday and arrived on Saturday.

Couldn't be happier having saved $42 and great service. Will definitely buy from them again.

"I.T. was unaware." OMC advertised a pop-up 20% off coupon a few seconds after I went to the item's page. Coupon in cart said "invalid." I called. Creep said "I.T. dept was unaware it was already on sale." I said it's the law to honor the advertisement. He said "We are not under any obligation" and hung up. ILLEGAL COMPANY pretends they are outside the law. GO ELSEWHERE. ARROGANT AND CONTEMPTUOUS.

Bunch of scam artists here. I paid $70 for 3-day shipping through UPS. The package was delayed and upon my request for a refund back to their free standard shipping, I was told it that is was not OMC's responsibility to handle the issue after it leaves their building, despite contacting UPS prior, who assured me the shipping charges will be refunded back to the account that was used to pay for it, per UPS' official policy on 3-day select shipping. So they keep my $70, and my package arrives 3 days late...

How is this legal?

I searched the web for a Marmot rain jacket and OMC had the best price. I had no issues with the purchase or delivery.

The men's underwear was exactly what I wanted and received it in a very prompt time.

They advertised a 3-axis all size smartphone stabilizer. Looked really impressive so I ordered the $40 special and received a $10 selfie stick. I have contacted them several times by email and they don't respond. TOTAL SCAM

I found this site by searching for a particular piece of gear. It was discounted and took a shot on them. Everything arrived quickly, no problems at all!

Terrible and seemingly nonexistent customer service. I ordered a pair of skis for my wife and a couple of hours later, my order was canceled and refunded, with no reason given. Contacted customer service but have to hear anything back.

Really great customer service. Has a nice selection of items, but what really sets them apart is there really accommodating and prompt customer service

Ordered the "Patagonia Tres 3-in-1 Parka - Men's" from OMCgear's online store. OMCgear were the ONLY website I could find that had this jacket on sale on Cyber Monday, price: $413 (inc.taxes, free shipping). I had bought the same jacket from the Patagonia store for $652 (inc. taxes) that same morning, went to return it immediately after finding OMCgear's deal.

The jacket arrived in my New York apartment in perfect condition less than three days later. Incredible service.

I purchased a Nemo Helio LX Camping Shower for $119.95. I received the item and it is an absolute piece of unusable junk. The hose constantly kinks blocking water flow. Then, when you pump it to where it won't take any more pressure AND you have the hose perfectly aligned to allow water flow, you get less than 7 seconds of barely a squirt. It couldn't rinse the shampoo off of Mr. Clean's head. It couldn't drown a flea. I called OMCGear to ask for a return shipping label. The website says that you have 2 months from the time of purchase to return items. I explained the situation to customer service. Customer service put me on hold. The millennial manager gets on the line. I explain all over again. She proceeds to tell me that because the product got used that I cannot get a refund on the product. She wanted to give me a store credit. I don't need anything else from their store. She tried to make excuses for the item being unusable saying that it's for camping. She was being a real smartaleck. I know it's for camping. It still has to work. I run a farm. It's not like I'm a princess who is used to being put up in hotels. I told her that this was a waste of my time and she hung up on me. The solution: I filed a dispute with the credit card company. In summary, OMCGear does not back up the products they sell and they do not honor their return policy. So, if you want to pay for expensive gear that doesn't work and not be able to return, then purchase from OMCGear. This company must be doing very poorly for them to be so desperate as to rip people off in this manner.
