Everything went as well as it could have done. Saw a car I liked on Saturday evening and drove it home on the Monday! All engagement with Motorpoint, both online and in person, was spot on as well. No hassle and stress free!

I knew what kind of car I was looking for, unaware the car I was looking at was based down south. Motorpoint only had one colour of car I was interested in so I was given the keys to see inside etc to make sure this was the car I wanted only in another colour.

Vince arranged for this to be transported to their branch with no hassles. My car was in the show room within 10 days which was the time frame I was given. When I went to pick up keys & pay deposit etc there was no issues it was a very smooth sailing process from start to finish.

The young salesman, Josh was very polite , helpful & knowledgeable.
The company bringing the car we wanted, up from Eastbourne was one of the main reasons we bought the car from them .

The finance process was made very simple and received excellent customer service.

Very welcoming on entering remembered my husband whom had previously bought cars from them. No pressure to buy encouraged to browse. Both manager and young man Josh very helpful so much so l bought my lovely car.

Great choice and price didn't have the model I wanted there was no issue getting it delivered from another site no pressure sales was left to look on my own then when I asked for help sales person went above and beyond to help will definitely be back and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a quality car at a good price

I wasn't expecting much from this company having looked them up and reading the shoddy reviews and exceptionally poor after sales support. Spoke to 'Hugh' and found him to be dismissive, curt and bored. Seriously talked down to me. You've lost a sale and I've most certainly dodged a bullet. If you want quality and good customer care, you won't find it at Motorpoint Glasgow. Low brow.

Cars are reasonably priced and the service was not a hassle

This is my first experience with Motorpoint,
And I felt I was a valued customer the the whole experience was great.

The lady who guided me through my appointment was very knowledgeable and her personality put me at ease straight away.

It was fuss free, and took no time at all to do the paperwork and hand me the keys.

The tea was very nice too.

I was looking for a Yaris car, but Motorpoint didn’t have any, however the salesman told me about the Hyundai I20 which was similar to the Yaris. I took the Hyundai I20 for a test drive and found it to be just what I was looking for. I ended up buying it.
The only negative point about my buying experience with Motorpoint was that myself and my partner both thought that the car mats were included in the price of the car, but they were an extra £99.00.
The mats were made of carpet and I prefer rubber mats, so I phoned Motorpoint and as the car mat company don’t make rubber ones, I was told that I would get a refund for the £99.00 I had already paid! I phoned Motorpoint on the 13th August and as of today, 22nd August I have still not received a refund into my bank account!

Great service happy with my purchase

Moving the car to our local showroom was easy. There was no obligation to buy and being able to see the car before deciding to buy was very reassuring. The staff at all stages were great, very informative and helpful. They were the opposite of a classic 'second hand car dealer', just calm and reassuring leaving us time to talk and make decisions.

Great service and pleasant staff , in dealing with my change of vehicle.
