Easy way to buy a car. Good trade in value

No pressure, friendly staff

The whole process of looking at cars was very comfortable no sales hassle and the sales people were always very helpful when asked any questions when we eventually picked our car Hugh was fantastic and gave us advice on everything but definitely not pushy I would definitely recommend motorpoint

Good arrangements for viewing the car and test drive. Staff were helpful without any pressure.

We found that service history documentation was missing when we got the car home, which was frustrating. However, customer service centre were able to provide this. A little bit of unnecessary hassle, but solved with a little effort.

No pressure ,good value of old car and great value of new car.

Young lady member of staff- Jade ?- was very pleasant and competent.The hand over of my old car( in part exchange),the settlement of the new car and the taking possession of same all went very smoothly.Any questions I raised were promptly answered.The new car- a Hyundai Kona- was beautifully presented.Car only a few months old with very low mileage.Price paid represented a sizeable saving on the official list price.

Absolutely perfect experience from start to finish - Jack was patient and was a pleasure to deal with. A credit to the Company!

Excellent service and easy process

Highly recommend Motorpoint from my own experience. Selected a car from their website. Car was transported from Leeds store to Glasgow (for a fee). Chris at head office kept me informed of progress as well as giving me information about additional products such as extended warranty. At the Glasgow store Mitch was excellent at ensuring the collection/handover process went smoothly. I was given the freedom to inspect the car and test drive before signing off the deal. The car had been thoroughly checked and valeted and I've had no problems at all so far. Would definitely use Motorpoint again.

Had a great experience with buying my new car at Motorpoint! Jack R the salesman went above and beyond during the process and would recommend anyone looking buy a new car through Motorpoint.

I had seen the car I wanted online prior to visiting the store. After visiting the store to view in person, I had a few small needs to sway my decision to purchase, these were met.
Jack R was great, no annoying sales patter, more about the customer experience.
My experience was quick, efficient and I picked up my car in 3 days.

I found the staff at Motorpoint in Glasgow very helpful and friendly. It was well organised from going in one day to test drive the car, to driving it away the next day. The price of the car was excellent too (we saved a lot of money). A great experience and I would recommend them to everyone.

No pressure selling

Salesman was really good, didnt push for sale. We went up to look at particular car we seen on their website. Test drove and took it from there. Everything went smoothly. Delighted with car.
