Your staff Ral Chira was very helpful indeed and tried to answer all my questions. I understand he's still a trainee but he did well trying to resolve some of the minor issues I had ie me not having the complete service history of my car being traded. He managed to lessen the adjustment of my old car valuation because of the incomplete service history. Also, I requested copies of the service history documents of my new car and even though it took over a week, he was able to provide them. I am a happy customer :-)

The customer service we received from Liam Mitchell and Ral. Excellent from start to finish. We weren’t sure on what to buy and Liam talked us through our options and Ral helped us on the day with the buying process.

This was the first time ever dealing with Motorpoint. The over the phone service was great with Ian. He was so helpful and explained everything. So I thought it would continue when I got to the branch to collect my new car but alas no there was no personal interaction it was just pay this pay that here’s your key where’s your keys for your trade in. Was disappointed.

Quick, hassle free service

Some great communication and with ease was able to change my mind from one car to another. Handover was good once we agreed my trade in had a full service history.
Seth was a fairly new sales person who did extremely well. I would give him a 10/10.
