We had a great experience at Motorpoint Derby, first visited to see another car and came back the following week to see the one we brought. Our sales people were Graham, Kian and Maia, a kind, helpful and professional team. The process of buying the car, was quick and simple. I would definitely recommend the store to others.

After being bombarded with text and emails to collect the car we went to collect it and it wasn’t ready. With promises of phone calls from the company nothing happened. The staff in Derby were not helpful at all in the end I cancelled my car. BEWARE YOU ARE NOT A CUSTOMER YOU ARE A NUMBER
