Perfect service with my new Toyota
Just taken delivery of my new Toyota Corolla Touring and got a huge discount through Motorfinity. The service has been amazing from start to finish. Initial contact was with accounts manager Josh Holt who arranged everything with my order very quickly and without issue. I was given regular update from Kitt Matrix and she also arranged a service plan. I wouldn't normally bother with service plans but Kitt sent me the figures and just said to have a look, not pushy at all. In the end the figures were too good not to take and that was arranged without issue. Then the delivery bit which my point of contact from the delivery Team was Fiona Bennison. The suggested delivery date didn't work but they managed to squeeze me in on a day that was already full. The delivery driver messaged me the night before to confirm delivery and arrived bright and early , 6.50am which I was fine with. Then Fiona phoned to check everything went to plan. I can't fault the company , faultless from start to finish and I love my new car.

Brady, the account manager was well versed on the new specification the new car model had, and Lucy and Kitt on the delivery / admin team were both very helpful and informative. Lucy in particular.

My experience of getting a car through motorfinity was amazing! I would recommend it to everyone! My experience was made even more amazing by the wonderful Josh Holt and Katie Powell, they helped me through the entire process, from my enquiry phone call with Josh all the way through to delivery organisation with Katie. :)
The enquiry was informative, quick and super helpful and delivery day was a breeze thanks to the organisation from the team! I now have a brand new Volkswagen T-cross, and I received it much earlier than expected as I was made aware of a deal meaning I was able to get one earlier!

From start to finish the whole experience was excellent. From initial purchase with Josh to sorting delivery and payment with Lucy the team couldn't do enough for us. Smooth operation
As a retiree from Local Authority I was unsure whether I would qualify for making a purchase. I was given the all clear and started the process. Everyone I dealt with, Luke in Sales, Kitt, Renewals Specialist and Katie in the delivery team were friendly and helpful. All my questions were answered and the whole process went smoothly. My second purchase through Motorfinity. From first contact and all through the ordering process (Jake?) could not have been more helpful.
Delivery team, Lucy and her colleagues, moved seamlessly through every aspect taking the whole process out of my hands and delivering a brand new car to my door.
Cannot fault them. Price was my main incentive but the excellent service would be enough in itself to justify orering through Motorfinity.

Moving back from overseas posting makes life tricky... one of these things is having a car lined up and ready for your return. Motorfinity have been a delight to work with and could not be beaten on price for my choice of a Lexus LBX.
