Do not trust this product, they have poor service and poor products.

we bought the hotel booking plugin the purchase we have started the setup to use on our business, the support didn't answer our tickets for days.

the plugin itself is very limited and cannot be customised, was a waist of money

The Plugins and Themes are great but sometimes complex to understand. The videos are very basic and skip important setting you cannot skip. (not very detailed) But The online support make it all good as they are to the point and give you correct information you need. They have being approved over the years!
I am very happy with the Chat support!
John just give me the missing information I need in 2 minutes!
