Perfect solution for my booking needs

The Moto Appointment booking plugin works exactly as I expected: simple, nicely integrated, with minimal code to have a great call to action plugin. Support is very efficient and helpful!

Horrible customer support

Horrible customer support. Plugin is not for doctors or coaches. It's geared for hotel booking. The interface has not been updated and the developer is not making any changes. They do not tell you that you will have to do some tweaking with the code to get it to work with appointment service websites. If you download, make sure NOT to use the program otherwise they will rudely refuse all refund requests. The person that responded to me, (one of the developers) told me to sell it if I could not use it!!!!! How's that for integrity and professionalism.
Update: refer to support ticket (67731).
This review is written on behalf of business partner who prefers to remain private. The support ticket will verify the emails which we have saved as receipts. The motopress rep who responded (E.W.) can also verify the support request info.

Unfortunately we were unable to locate any communication with you in our help desk or email inbox. We've requested the additional information via TrustPilot, however you haven't provided any either. At the moment we can not identify you as an authorized user of MotoPress as there are neither purchases, nor tickets/chats/emails from you under your name in our system. We would kindly ask that you contact us back or provide a reference ID, where the communication between you and MotoPress Support Team can be seen.
UPDATE.: We've located the reference ticket and checked other tickets as well and as we could see support was provided in full and in the timely fashion. The refund was requested due to the fact that: "I had a volunteer putting up the site but they can no longer do it. At this time I am going to put off making the site due to schedule and budget.". There were absolutely no issues with the plugin functionality and it does fully suit both doctors and coaches, it's not tied to the hotel booking industry in any way.
Also, all the support representatives were professional, polite and provided full assistance with all the questions. None of them have ever told to sell the product in case it couldn't be used.

I'm very happy with the collaboration with MotoPress team! Their availability and quick responses make working with them a nice journey for our hotel-coworking. They’re incredibly receptive to feedback, and deliver new features. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased the pet hotel…

I recently purchased the pet hotel theme and plugins from motopress, and I have nothing but good things to say! The product is expansive and easy to use, the documentation is easy to search and find tutorials on how to set up the backend, and the customer service is top notch! I had an issue with getting Stripe activated and Andre went above and beyond to get the issue resolved!
