Its a fantastic product, however I had a bit of an odd experience with a couple of bottles, which may well have been my fault, but regardless of that MotherRoot have gone above and beyond to fix it.

I shall be giving MotherRoot as a present from now on.

I bought 2 bottles on recommendation of it being so delicious. It is way too strong even diluted down further than recommended. I requested to return the second unopened bottle for a refund and was refused. That is poor service!

The human was great, the AI responses were horrible. I never got my product, however.

Excellent service. My order was returned by Royal Mail due to an issue with the package. I contacted Mother Root customer service to inform them and they got back to me straight away. No issues they just resent out the order again which arrived the very next day by DHL. Can’t fault the service and their products are amazing. Thanks Mother Root Team Grand Job 👍

The product is everything I was expecting and more. I had a minor issue with the online ordering process and pricing but it was quickly fixed after emailing customer service.

I enjoy having Mother Root as a non alchoholic aperitif before dinner to stimulate the appetite and absolutely love its refreshing taste. It's one of my favourite drinks to enjoy while working from the garden on sunny days. I often take a bottle with me when travelling so I can enjoy it as a ginger shot before a meal. The bold ginger flavour really awakens the taste buds, especially before a hearty dinner, and I appreciate the uplifting and relaxing feeling it provides while sipping it. Mother Root has become one of my go-to drinks for both everyday enjoyment and special occasions.

Been looking at this for a few months. Tried other brands and was a bit disappointed. I purchased the new spiced jalapeños mother root. OMG!!! Bloody lovely especially with the Tonic they recommended alongside it

I have just tried the Mother Root Jalapeño. it is at least as good as the basic Mother Root but with a little more of a spicy kick. Overall - excellent.
I also had a problem with my delivery but Mother Root fixed it very promptly and effectively- so the service was excellent too. I would rather buy direct from Mother Root than give money to Amazon.

Very easy to deal with customer service to change my shipping preference

I placed an order and made an edit at checkout, which you can do within 30 minutes of ordering. When my order hadn’t arrived after two weeks, the team resolved the issue very quickly and even included some extra sodas for us. Really happy with the customer service!

I LOVE ginger so was looking forward to trying this! Sadly, I found the overriding taste apple cider vinegar - which I'd swig for health reasons, but not for pleasure (and not for £22 a bottle). Nice idea, but needs more ginger, less vinegar for me. And, yes, I shook the bottle!

I was not able to receive the welcome email with the 10% discount but she rectified it for me after my purchase.

So.. ordered as soon as the limited edition came out. I would have been tempted to downgrade the stars but that wouldn't have been fair given that Mother Root sent my item almost immediately... It was Evri that let them down. Mandi in the Mother Root team, picked up my complaint, was empathetic and sorted it by sending a replacement that arrived the next day... The limited edition right to my door in time for taking on my holiday. All rectified. Can't fault the reaction by Mandi - Evri take note.
Regarding the drink ... Fantastic! Had a little taste before we leave for holiday tomorrow and it is as good as the original (which was hard to beat... Possibly better 🫣) recommend to anyone who needs a good alternative to alcohol like me. Well done Mother Root... Especially Mandi who I can't praise enough 🙏🏻

I absolutely love this product - I prefer it with tonic water and a slice of lemon. Unfortunately it plays havoc with my digestive system, so I will be gifting the bottle to someone else to try. Such a shame as it’s a great drink.

I received my bottle, I tried the drink but it did not agee with me, it tasked awful and make very ill, I contacted Mother Root, I was told I am unable to return the product or ever be compensated. So very unhappy and angry that I wasted £22.00 which is a lot for the drink itself, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE FRAUDSERS

Ordered 2 bottles from the website and they doubled my order and took the payment twice (on a Sunday). I contacted them immediately and got an AI response so I emailed on hello@ which is the only way to try and get hold of them.

I expected an email this morning saying that they had seen my issue and had adjusted my order. Nope, they sent me tracking for dispatch.

They now don't respond to my emails and they don't have any means to get hold of them.

This is an expensive product and Mother Root has left a bad taste in my mouth before I have even received my delivery.

Poor customers service. Slow response times and keep an eye out for a useless AI reply below this review.

Mother root is a wonderful product. It is healthy and has helped me to enjoy a "mocktail" at the end of the day without any alcohol.
In addition, the customer service is excellent. We had a shipping mix up that was my fault, and was handled flawlessly, and immediately.
