We had been turned away by our bank and turned away from everyone. I went to Dale not being very hopeful but (I don’t know how) he pulled it out the bag for us. It was not that simple though, because when the interest rates and inflation went through the roof and the £ was at its lowest and there was a major national crisis, the mortgage provider pulled out. I had pretty much given up, but Dale pulled it out the bag again and we have had our formal written agreement and we are now so close to being in our dream home.
