Dale really helped us a lot with the mortgage application process. It took multiple applications due to issues we’ve had and circumstances but Dale got us there in the end. He’s very professional, knowledgable and gave us the right advice and actions to take when we had issues. His responses were quick and when we needed things to be done, he made sure we got everything we need as fast as possible. Can’t thank him enough for all his work!

Dale has been exceptional throughout the mortgage process. He took time at the start of the process to listen to my circumstances and discuss what he felt were the best options for me. He was knowledgeable on the type of lenders to approach and how to best navigate each lender's borrowing criteria. Dale stayed in touch whilst the lender considered my application, calming my nerves when there was 'radio silence' from the lender and reassuring me that this was normal process. I used Dipak as my advisor to secure my mortgage as a first time buyer and the process couldn’t be simpler. Dipak provided with all the info and advice I needed for me to choose my options and of course got me a great rate on my mortgage and even after securing it kept an eye for any opportunities for an even better rate.
