This is the 3rd time that I have ordered sausage and mash only for it to arrive stone cold. Sorry it wasn’t all cold the plate was lukewarm.
There doesn’t seem to be any pride in the way the hot food is served any way will do and if any complaints it’s a sorry and off to the micro.
The two stars is for the warm plate

We made a order last week and they were unable to deliver. No communication when it would be coming so called 3 days later and it was still on the van. Re ordered to come tonight only to find whole thing cancelled. Very rude woman told me bank had cancelled and they hadn't. This is not th first time
Its Leominster. They are the worst. Don't think they want to do home deliveries.
Absolute joke
Absolute joke, half my items didn't arrive (not marked as missing on the order), 4 items I didn't order arrived, 2 items were completely crushed under the other items and everything was scattered in different bags, phone put down on me when I called about it and they said they couldn't do replacements. Items that were delivered however ridiculously short expiry date.
Morrison's ruined my mother's funeral party
I had booked and paid by credit card a week in advance the food for 40 guests at for my mother's funeral party.
I received both a text and a an email on 18.11.25 to confirm that the order would be delivered on Wednesday 19 November 2025 between 08.30 and 09.30.
When the order failed to arrive by 09.40, I checked my phone for tracking details, only to discover an email sent at 2.55 am said my order had been cancelled.
I rang customer services, who seemed to suggest that my payment was not taken at the time of booking as I expected! They in theory rang Bridlington Morrison's to see if we could collect the order, but I was told this was not possible. We tried to contact the Bridlington Morrison's store ourselves, but no-one answered the phone. It was 10 am at this point with the funeral at 1 pm my husband and daughter were forced to go shopping and see what they could buy. It was such unnecessary stress. We used Morrison's because we had ordered food years before for my mother's birthday and been very satisfied. Also, as my sister is undergoing chemo for liver cancer and I am working full time, it seemed a very convenient way of buying all the food as there was so much to do. Morrison's used to be my favourite supermarket, but after this experience I never want to set foot in one of your stores again!
Really poor order experience - and customer service is a joke.
Really poor. First and last time I use Morrisons online.
Placed an order for the week ahead to be delivered Sunday night. I normally use Tesco, ASDA or Sainsbury, but fancied a change.
I bulk cook - so having correct quantities is more important than a brand, or specific sauce flavour.
Got an email right before delivery advising the sauces have been substituted... with 1000g, being substituted with a 250g bottle. Totally left in the lurch, as my meal planning goes out the window.
Contacted Morrisons by phone, Facebook and email and every single time a disinterested 'cut and paste' reply about the substitution policy, without ever apologising, or answering a basic question as too how a 250g bottle is a reasonable replacement for 1000g of sauces.
And offering to send the feedback tot he relevant team or department is laughable - a the review on here prove the message is not getting through.
Regrettably, I sent the poor driver away, as I rejected the entire order. Shopped in ASDA today and got everything I needed.

I am very disappointed at the service my 88 yr old husband received at Morrisons Inverness ! He accidentally purchased a couple of incorrect items / returned the very next any to exchange them !
The shop assistant he approached told him abruptly! We don’t exchange or take anything back once purchased / left the store ! This left him shocked and upset after travelling especially 14 mile ! At his age this lack of understanding and courtesy was particularly distressing for him ! He asked to speak to a Manager who immediately assured him that there was no issue at all / told him to simply find what he wanted and go back to see him to attend to everything! This made it clear the first assistant had chosen to dismiss him rather than provide even the most basic help ! This experience caused unnecessary upset as an elderly customer / reflects poorly on the level of care / consistency customers should be able to expect ! I hope this situation is addressed so that others do not go through similar treatment !

My wife ordered a delivery. Saw a van drive past both ways. Wife was at work and missed a call. She then tried returning the call 3 times but no answer. I called Morrisons and spoke to someone who sounded bored and who needs to work on their telephone manner. I gave address etc but then he refused to entertain my enquiry as the order was placed by my wife not I. So much for standing in the rain for 10 minutes thinking the driver would go past again. Awful customer service.

Morrisons is going from bad to worse. Now you get coupons which need to be activated within a time period - ridiculous!!!
Even the £5 more points redemption coupon is printed on the normal till role - easy to lose or miss hmmm is this deliberate?

1 star is 1 star too many. A few weeks ago I received a food covered in bleach from a cracked bottle. Now this weekend I was supposed to receive a delivery between 8-9 pm last night, I contacted customer services around 9:30 to find out where it was, I was assured by a supervisor it would be with me that night. Needless to say it didn’t show up, the next morning I contacted them again and was assured that it would be with me from 8am till 4pm. Again it didn’t show, I was then provided with the excuse that the order had been in a van breakdown and would definitely be with me today. 14 phone calls later I managed to speak to another clueless supervisor in their South African call centre which deals with UK customers. I asked for the order to be repicked and have a new time slot provided, they refused. I then pointed out several sections of the UK food health and safety codes, mainly that they could not redeliver refrigerated and frozen food from a van that had broken down, at which point they became very sheepish in their responses, and eventually a supervisor admitted that there was never any plans to redeliver the order which sounds like a lie to me, they just got caught out trying to deliver food which wasn’t fit for human consumption by that time. An absolutely abhorrent experience from this multi billion multi national company. Be careful what you eat if it’s been delivered by this company, they were absolutely ready to deliver me food which had been allowed to thaw and refrozen and had failed to be refrigerated properly, but UK law caught their South African call centre employees off guard.

I didn’t receive my order
I didn’t receive my order, even though it says it was delivered. Customer service couldn’t help me either, and when I called a second time, the representative hung up during the call. I have no idea when or how I’m supposed to receive my purchase. I’m very frustrated and I would not recommend this delivery service to anyone

Morrisons Now
First order I've made using "Morrisons Now" and it will be the last.
I ordered 7 items, all of which were listed as "in stock" then you get an update that 3 are unavailable and a substitute is being sent, which you cannot refuse/decline (unlike the normal home delivery). So now I have to request a refund for the substitute items that were unacceptable and wait for the refund.
Back to using Tesco whoosh, never had a substitute whilst using them and it's only £2.99 for the delivery charge compared to £4.50 with Morrisons Now.

Morrisons is the worst for out of stock items. Their website should state out of stock before purchase this week After paying for an order 10 items were out of stock. The poor delivery driver was so apologetic. It's not his job it's yours Morrisons if you want to keep your customers, get a grip
I had a delivery today
I had a delivery today, and am awaiting a refund of £27.29. Which will go back to my account. Several items substituted, did not receive one item on special offer, but charged £12.00. Another item missing charged £13.95. A mix up with substitutes resulted not correct amount sent, also charged £1.34. I contacted customer services, who were very apologetic, and rang me back to say she had been in touch with the store, and requested that could the missing items be delivered, but the answer was no, because they had no deliveries in my area, consequently she did return my call and explained. I must admit the lady was very polite. But I have had problems before but did not report, reference numerous substitutions. Why do they advertise when they are not holding enough stock to supply.

I ordered through Morrisons Now and my delivery didn't arrive with no communication, no updates, and no delivery. This is completely unacceptable for a service that promises fast delivery. I tried waiting, but nothing arrived. If this is how they treat paying customers, I won’t be ordering again. Very disappointed and would not recommend.
