Absolutely mortified

Absolutely mortified! After I had received my online shop, Morrisons took money, £62 approx for the adjusted and then the very next day 3 days after the delivery was received, the origin reserved ammount of £87 was also removed from my Account, in spite of receiving the payment due. This, practically clears the money, meant to last me the week, out of my bank account. Morrisons staff couldn’t have cared less and just kept blaming the bank and the same was true of the bank who blamed Morrisons.this has still not been resolved!!!!! BEWARE!!!!

wednesbury morrisons need to seriously look at their staffs attitude there’s one on the deli counter who has no manners and is rude doesn’t want to serve you it’s her job for gods sake needs to get a life another one is on the chicken counter and she’s the same i’ve heard there’s been complaints about these 2 and nothing has been done both need to look for a job they are happy doing and maybe smile

This review heading of Morrisons is for…

This review heading of Morrisons is for a software company and NOT the supermarket but as others have left reviews for the supermarket I will give mine as well. The driver I had today was GREAT. She drove through heavy snow and delivered perfect. Our cul de sac has been seeing issues with cars getting stuck all day and I even phoned Morrison’s to say that I didn’t mind if it was put off for a day or two. Everything there. EXCELLENT!!!

Shocking service
Have been waiting since 11 am , now is 3.10 pm , no delivery and was told it will come after 4.30 pm sometime, not sure when. Wasted day and no food. !!
Will shop at Tesco next time!!!

Have been using Morrisons Delivery…

Have been using Morrisons Delivery service for a few years but no Never again.
2 days in a Row order Cancelled they say could not collect payment from bank when went onto Asda the minute Morrisons told me 2nd order cancelled and surprise surprise exact same card exact same balance bill taken from bank account No Problem. Just another excuse for Morrisons to make non delivery useless. Maybe they could not get payment from bank cause as we know the banks look out for dodgy attempted withdrawals so want to book a online grocery service Not bothered if your order turns up hours late or find out hours after delivery time your not getting your order the next day and hopefully for you they will give you a delivery time but looking at there record on them doesn't really mean much what time THEY get round to delivering the order that was suppose to be delivered the day before. And don't start to panic if they tell you they couldn't collect payment nobody has accessed your account and emptied it, it's only Morrisons screwing up another way when it comes to home deliveries Me No more sitting about Praying you order even turns up the same day then being told it not coming then having to order items from somewhere else. No more having to phone up customer services having to cancel orders they will deliver the NEXT day due to day. .No more sitting about waiting for them to actually DO what they are suppose to instead of regularity screwing it up. So if you've got plenty of time on your hands and nothing better to do Morrison is the company for you. And Morrisons please do not reply to this post with the same old rubbish we're sorry about your expeience we value customers feed back NO YOU Don't complained once about disabled facilities being out of order of order for weeks sometimes months got told all the usual rubbish went onto store a week later the ONLY thing that had changed was somebody had put a out of order. Wow all that hard work for the customer just the same as your new 1 Hour delivery service £1.50 more expensive than Tesco's both stores very near the exact same distance from me delivered by same Uber Drivers that delivered my orders from Tesco asked him if they got paid more for Morrisons deliveries since they charge customer more for the exact same service NO. Just get as much money out the customers as you can and they make a legitimate complaint just tell them the same old bull hen forget about it cause we ain't going to change anything. Worked in a High Volume delivery service for years and know things can go wrong so know the difference between Saying you give good Service and Delivering Good Service and with the amount of times Morrisons mess up on a regular Proves there delivery Service is Rubbish don't sort it just tell the customer sane old bull and carry on messing up we've got there Money. Evri has been known as the wort delivery company in this country for years Never getting any better i can suggest who is second bottom cause they never get any better either.

Never get an online delivery again

I have had to drive 450 miles from London to Falkirk due to Morrisons not fullfing their orders and taking my daughters money and not refunding it for 7-10 days leaving her stuck at home with no food and no money as they still have her money. Giving the excuse of adverse weather conditions so their driver cannot drive but I was able to drive this far and the roads were clear and no bad weather problems. Customer service does not seem to be bothered with this situation and extremely rude on phone. Taking money and not fulfilling your duties and not refunding money for such a long time is what I call dishonest. There is no reason why this money could not be refunded quicker. I have solved the problem for my daughter now thanks to Tesco being reliable and helpful. Been shopping with Morrisons for a long time and would not do any online orders with them now. Anyone reading these reviews please shop elsewhere like Tesco as they fulfil their orders and are more helpful. Should have looked at Morrisons rating as it is terrible.

would give them minus if possible ordered from them with free delivery cost £153 items missing made total £118 check my bank pending charge was £160 why this company is the worst will not order from these again imagine if they hold £42 from everyone who orders the interest they are making my money is mine not a vehicle for them to make more no other company do this

Shop at Tesco

I was meant to get a delivery yesterday between 5 and 6pm. Received an email at 5.05pm to say they couldn't deliver as too many people off sick. Surely they knew this before the time my delivery was meant to take place!!! Email said i would get a call to re arrange. Waited until the next day and no phone call. I called the helpline and was told it would be today between 10am and 3pm and I would just need to sit and wait !!@!

Appauling service.

Appauling service.
I ticked thd box to say remove item if not in stock, they then sent me a substitute and charged me.
I ordered 24 items and 12 items were missing but charged for.
Clearly staff who are picking the order haven't got a clue and don't care about customer service.

I live in Lincoln and my Christmas order was perfect I had two deliveries as I split one order in half … they were both large orders and were fantastic THANK YOU LINCOLN MORRISONS order pickers and lovely delivery people .

The actual delivery is fine,it's the people picking the orders who just don't seem to be bothered about giving you the correct items or even your full order,the substations aren't even close. Christmas was the final straw as over half the meat I ordered was missing

Account hassles

Just seen a product at a great price at Morrisons. No account so had to go through the hassle of registering for one. Only when I came to pay was it flagged up that the items are out of stock. Cancelled my account though how to do this is not made obvious. Had to call their off shore customer services. At least they have my details which they possibly my sell on to 'relevant' parties.

SHAMBOLIC SERVICE

Ive been ordering online from them, on and off for a few years now. The last 4 deliveries in a row the driver didn't show with my order being cancelled.

Of course i've had the constant added 'perks' of items missing, 7/10 of shopping list being substitutions to add to the ambiance of the experience for the last few years.

Its ABYSMAL and UNACCEPTABLE that you short change paying customers like this. I will NEVER EVER use this outlet again and will advise friends, family, work colleagues accordingly... and i advise YOU to do the same!

Ordered an express shop with Morrisons…

Ordered an express shop with Morrisons now, it said my shipping had been delivered when it hadn’t , I contacted Morrisons on several occasions regarding this and they said they could only escalate this as they use a third party and it’s not down to them, day 5 of waiting for Morrisons to contact me regarding this still nothing called them again, they said they will give me a refund, because I’ve been a loyal customer ,no apologies nothing .

Don’t Trust Morrisons Online With Your Christmas Delivery

I booked my Christmas food in November, in the hope that booking early would assure me of getting the things I wanted.
My delivery was booked for the evening of 23rd, so when I saw my receipt at lunchtime I was horrified to find that my turkey crown and my trifle were out of stock. I spent the afternoon driving around trying to find replacements (thanks to M&S and Tesco).
My delivery driver called and asked if she could deliver a bit earlier, which wasn’t a problem. So five minutes later two vans turn up, Amelia had my delivery minus the items out of stock, and a young man who has various items which I hadn’t ordered, plus two turkey crowns and a whole turkey. I wasn’t happy that another customer had two turkey crowns as I had been let down, but he went back to his van, phoned the depot and told us they were for a different address.
I contacted Morrisons and told them how badly I had been let down on Messenger, and shortly afterwards a lady phoned me and promised me that a turkey crown would be delivered to my house later that evening, or Christmas Eve.
I was in the house throughout Christmas Eve and nothing was delivered to me.
On Christmas Eve I received a message from Shubhangi promising to look into it for me. Today is Christmas Day, Shubhangi has just informed me I have been granted 7000 shopping points which equals £7 in recognition of my shopping experience. No mention of the turkey crown which had been promised in the previous phone call.
I’m pretty sure everyone at head office gets their Christmas delivery from Ocado, I know I will be next year.

I want to put 0 stars for click and…

I want to put 0 stars for click and collect Morrisons Hartlepool. I orders for pick up on 22rd December they cancelled when I was already on way down to store, so reordered for 24th December, I was in car park waiting to go park in the pick up bays, 4 minutes before pickup time they cancelled, this is absolutely ridiculous, I travelled from another town to get the orders which was a gift. I won’t be using click and collect again, the items weren’t available in store.

Having shop delivered today..no…

Having shop delivered today..no preathorisation taken off..phoned them saying they couldn't understand me..that's rich lol..they said it's high demand..a very flacid excuse and they didnt know when amount would come off...diabolical..I only use them as minimum order is £25 with midweek del pass and dont always need to spend £40.

Shocking service…

I had an order placed with Morrisons for Christmas and today I get notification that there will be no turkey no pigs in blanket no bread sauce basically 1/4 of my order is out of stock! Absolutely shocking at Xmas when you place the order and check out that should be accounted for and reserved it is either other super markets they are single handed ruining peoples Christmas and adding stress that isn’t needed at an already stressful time - shame on Morrison!!
