I am beyond frustrated with this experience. I ordered groceries for my daughter who lives away from home, paid in full, and told her to stay in between 6–8pm waiting for the delivery. At 8:15pm I received a message saying the order was running late but still on its way — then suddenly an email saying there was a problem and the order had been cancelled!
So now my daughter has no groceries for the week, and I have to wait 3–5 days to get my money back. How is that acceptable? You take the payment instantly, but when it’s your mistake, I’m the one left waiting.
I do a lot of Morrisons shopping through Prime, but after this, never again. The lack of communication, reliability, and basic customer service is shocking
Very poor experience, expiry dates a joke
I swapped from Tesco to Morrisons to try the online shopping for 1 month. VERY disappointed, my biggest issue was with expiry dates, this week was the final straw with 4 items expired on the day they were delivered. I mean seriously! Often no stock available even for the basics, this week there was no bacon available, good luck if your hoping for lasagne . Delivery drivers a hit and miss, many unhelpful. Overall very poor experience
Rubbish website tries to catch you out
Awful customer service. Gave me a voucher code as a pop up with a copy button. When I went to paste it nothing happened. Customer service told me it was my fault for not taking a screenshot and that this offer is now gone.

First and last time I will order with Morrisons. Meal deal arrived damaged with opened box, food spilling out - driver asked if I still wanted it!! Items ordered were missing but I’ve still been charged for them. Meat with just a 1 and 2 day shelf life- all returned. When I complained they emailed me to send them images despite me confirming items were returned with the driver so unable to provide photos.
Delivery drivers attitude was just sheer indifference - not his fault he just blamed the pickers for not doing their job. Never again, and had I read the previous reviews then I would never have ordered with Morrisons. Now off to Tesco to pick up t(e items missing from my order
Didn't think Morrisons could get any worse, but I was wrong.
Visited my local Morrisons in Dukinfield, Manchester, what a disappointing experience. I never imagined this place could get any worse, but I was wrong. The staff much have jumped a sinking ship. No staff on the deli counter, no staff on the fresh meat or fish counter, a member of staff was unable to find anyone to manage any counter. On leaving the queue's were orendous, never again.

After publishing my first review exposing Morrisons’ contempt for customers, I expected the Chief Executive, Rami Batieh, to take responsibility. Instead, he confirmed every criticism: shameless deceit, lack of integrity, and slippery behaviour.
Morrisons are now guilty of something even worse — discrimination against disabled customers and Blue Badge holders. At the North Yorkshire branch, they issued me a ticket despite my Blue Badge, then placed obstacle after obstacle in the way of my appeal. Their online portal refused to accept Blue Badge evidence, and I was told to travel over 20 miles to another branch to present my badge in person. That is not service — that is punishing a disabled person for Morrisons’ own failures.
This contempt runs right to the top. I have written to Rami Batieh on multiple occasions about these serious failings. He has ignored everything, treating it as beneath him while he sits in his ivory tower. Instead of leadership, he delivers evasion. Instead of accountability, he delivers silence. Under his watch, Morrisons is making catastrophic mistakes and steering the business into a black hole.
This is not accidental failure. It is deliberate obstruction, orchestrated from the top. Batieh has shown himself to be a sneaky operator who avoids accountability at all costs. A CEO with no backbone, no honesty, and no respect for customers.
Morrisons is now a company defined by deceit, arrogance, and outright discrimination. Under Rami Batieh’s leadership, trust has been destroyed, and customers — especially disabled customers — are treated with contempt.
Avoid this supermarket. It is rotten at the core.

Cancelled order again
No more Morrisons ordering from this house, stuff them. Cancelled my order twice in 3 days stating via email, NOT text, so I didn't know until the morning, that my bank had refused to authorise my payment at ordering cut off time. Absolute rubbish!! I amended the order half an hour before cut off time and everything was A1 ok. Ken Morrison would be turning in his grave if he knew how his company was now run.
No point attempting to speak to customer service, they read from a script as they can't understand basic English and pathetically apologise and ask you to order again from scratch. Pathetic.

Deliveries don't arrive, system is set up badly.
They always charge for my delivery pass but my deliveries keep failing to go through on system despite saying it's been finalised when I do it. I go back a few days later and everything is in the basket waiting to go, sometimes the things in the basket are random items I didn't put in there based on 'previous orders' that are not the last one I did.
My delivery slot will be gone, there will be no record of my order on my account.
I'm sick of going hungry because their site keeps pretending to put through an order when it hasn't. It has no issue taking my delivery pass payments.
Setting automated shopping lists looks possible but is not, it's a broken system of like 3 or 4 ways to make shopping lists that hold no function. It won't finalise payments despite pretending to, taking you to the payment page, showing that it's finalised. You go in the next day it'll be undone.
You also can't email them about these issues as they hide their email address. Their 'contact us' page predictably takes you to a bunch of FAQ style pages or attempts to direct you to subjects you're *allowed* to talk to them about.
If your issue is about website inaccessibility, for example, as mine is, they lack an option for that. This means they're both failing to meet the needs of service users and have set it up to forbid feedback about accessibility.
Make of that what you will.

I was expecting a delivery between 3.30 and 4.30 yesterday afternoon. I phoned them at 5.15 to ask where it was. I was apologised to and told it would arrive at 7pm and I would receive an email when they were on their way. I sometimes get things too near to the use by date, but this is so bad I have informed them I will not be using them and cancelled the order around 10pm as they obviously weren’t turning up anyway.

Small morrisons with linked Post Office, the advisor really couldn't be less interested in serving.
At the PO counter, no acknowledgement of me there, took the parcel, processed without offering any options. Told the price once it had been rung up, no check if I had anything else (i had 2 more items).
Basic courteous service completely absent.
For the purposes of training, morrisons should provide basic cusner service training and spot check as it was nonexistent.

We are all disabled and no one can drive for medical reasons and I am now housebound and wheelchair bound and we have no support nearby or transport, I have been a loyal customer for years and I have been let down I had a delivery today and one of the main contents to make dinner tonight and it is schmaltz coq au vin packet cooking sauce we have nothing else in the house for dinner tonight and also not impressed with the new rules for morrisons doorstep customers you now have to have a online morrisons doorstep account and now can not just call and book a morrisons doorstep delivery over the phone this is not fair for the disabled and vulnerable people who struggle with online I struggle because of my disabilities I am even struggling to type on here

Continually the pricing of goods is incorrect and I have to go back to get a refund then they won't give me my money back as it goes on your points instead. This happens time and time again and me my family and friends are stopping shopping there, it's a disgraceful way to operate

Shorted on order
I visited the Heckmondwike store for some chicken drumsticks which are nice but an expensive meal treat at nearly 1 pound a drumstick. When I got home for the second time in a month they have shorted me on the quantum stated before it was the thighs. This matter happens again I am going straight to the appropriate governing authority to report this
