Voor mijn kleinzoon had ik een verkleedpak besteld. De bestelling is binnen 2 dagen aangeboden aan GLS en daar ging het fout. Pakket is niet bij mij aangekomen en werd geretourneerd. Ik heb dit gemeld bij Morphsuits. Zij boden direct aan het pak opnieuw te verzenden of ik kon mijn geld terugkrijgen. Binnen 2 dagen had ik het nieuwe pak in mijn bezit (deze keer via DHL). Complimenten dus voor de bereikbaarheid en perfecte klantenservice

I ordered to the wrong address
I ordered an outfit for a stag do for however I put in the wrong address. Unfortunately they did not receive my email in time before it was shipped and the order was delivered to the wrong address, albeit within the timeframe stated.
I email the company again to inform them of my predicament and got a reply swiftly. After a bit of further investigation, the company very kindly offered me a full refund which they said would take approximately a week. I received the payment today after only 5 days.
The communication from the company was very polite and they seemed genuinely empathetic towards the situation. They didn’t have to offer me a refund, however did so out of the kindness of their heart.
Although I didn’t receive the outfit in the end (as there wasn’t time to order another before the stag do) I would recommend this company. I know there are a few negative reviews on here, but my personal experience with Morphsuits has been overwhelmingly positive and would shop with them again.
In conclusion, the shipping was quick (maybe too quick for my predicament haha) and the customer service was brilliant.
Thank you to the Morphsuit team for going above and beyond.

No response to issue with delivery
Morphsuits systems corrupted my delivery address with the house name and street correct, but the town and post code in a completely different part of the country. Evri are now trying to deliver to an address that doesn't exist and I have tried to contact Morphsuits via email and on their website but they have just said it's the address on my profile and ignored the issue of sending to an incorrect address I didn't enter. I will now not get this in time for my little boys party (if at all) and have no response on refunding my money.

Retoure wurde nie bestätigt, obwohl sie seit Wochen angekommen ist
Der Morphsuit war leider zu groß und ging daher selbstbezahlt per Hermes zurück nach Holland wie auf der Seite angegeben. Ich habe nie eine Bestätigung der Rücksendung erhalten obwohl diese schon Wochen her ist. Zahlungsaufforderung bekomme ich dennoch… Unverschämt!

Retouren nur kostenpflichtig in die Niederlande und mit eigener Recherchenarbeit möglich
Das bestellte Kostüm passte nicht, weshalb ich es retournieren wollte. Im Paket war jedoch keine Information, wohin dieses soll. Geliefert wurde von Maersk aus Duisburg, was daher als Retouren-Adresse ausschied. Vor zwei Wochen habe ich daher eine Anfrage per Mail geschickt, bis heute aber keine Antwort erhalten. Im Kleingedruckten habe ich auf dem Retourenzettel einen Link auf die britische Seite entdeckt. Demnach soll ich es nach Leeds schicken, was ja vollkommener Quatsch ist. Also schaute ich nochmal auf der deutschen Seite. Demnach soll ich es an eine Adresse in den Niederlanden schicken und es wird empfohlen, das ganze mit Sendungsverfolgung zu machen. Bei DHL kostet das 14,49€! Das Kostüm kostete nicht mal 40€. Ich finde das schon nahezu betrügerisch! Die Leute sollen erst gar nicht auf die Idee kommen, Waren zurückzuschicken. Ich werde dort nicht mehr einkaufen und würde es auch sonst keinem empfehlen.

NO LLEGÓ PAGANDO EXTRA POR ENVÍO
Hice el pedido el 25 de febrero pagando 12,95€ para que llegara en 24/48 horas. Hoy 28 de febrero sigue en Holanda y en DHL me informan de que no lo han enviado como urgente. Poco serios y no hay forma de contactar con ellos. No pidáis nada aquí!

Wish I can give it a 0 they never send me my order, I emailed them many multiple times and never received anything but an excuse about my order being lost at shipment and how they can send me my refund but never received anything!!! I even DM them on instagram multiple times and they blocked me after I show them the proof of my order and email about my refund. All I want is my refund back and they didn’t even receive my refund.So to everyone don’t ever buy an item here. They are a bunch of scammers!

We're sorry to hear you had a bad experience, however our policy is to refund any orders lost in transit and this was processed for you last November. The decision to block you on Instagram was made after your messages became increasingly aggressive and expletive-ridden. While we endeavour to deliver the best customer service possible, we do not tolerate abuse of staff members.
Updated review. I did get a response!
UPDATE: I contacted them through another email. They responded straight away and my refund came through in a few days. PREVIOUS review. A total scam company!! I ordered an outfit which was no good and overpriced so I sent it back. I have emailed 3 times chasing my refund but after 3 attempts at contacting them I haven’t received a single response. I sent with proof of postage so I can see it was delivered back to them on the 5th February. It’s now the 25th of February and still no response or refund!

Vollkatastrophe
Vollkatastrophe, Hände weg. Ich habe ein Kostüm bestellt, dass angeblich Größe 44-46 war. Ich bin noch nicht einmal in das Kostüm reingekommen (normalerweise trage ich Gr.42. Meine Tochter (Gr.38) fand es an den Armen zu eng. Trotzdem wurde sich geweigert, ein Retourenetikett zu schicken. Daher konnte ich, da der Versand nach Holland ging, über 20 Euro Rücksendegebühr bezahlen.

Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass Sie mit Ihrem Kauf nicht zufrieden waren, aber unsere Rückgabebedingungen auf unserer Website besagen eindeutig, dass Sie für die Rücksendekosten verantwortlich sind, wenn Sie ein Kostüm bestellen, das nicht passt. Dies wäre anders gewesen, wenn Sie eine andere als die bestellte Größe erhalten hätten.
Schlechte Qualität, undurchsichtige Website
Ich kann mich den schlechten Bewertungen hier nur anschließen - Morphsuit bestellt, unterirdische Qualität erhalten (Farbe war auch weit entfernt von der abgebildeten). Lange versucht herauszufinden, wie das mit der Retoure funktioniert. Den Kundenservice kontaktiert, und um eine Rückerstattung der Rücksendekosten wegen dem gravierenden Farbunterschied gebeten. Die Bitte wurde abgelehnt, ich hab die Bestellung trotzdem auf meine eigenen Kosten in die Niederlande zurückgesendet.

Another cracking outfit from Morphsuits. My 6 yo had the inflatable alien abduction suit and won several fancy dress costumes over the Halloween period. Great head turning outfit, quickly delivered and well made! 10/10
