Got there in the end but had problems
Order process is easy but there were problems with the delivery as half of the order was missing. This was soon corrected after getting in touch and the missing item arrived the next day. Order instructions were not correctly followed either and the item was supplied with a satin finish instead of the polished finish requested. They have offered to correct this at no cost to me (including shipping) but that is a lot of hassle in practice. Product quality is otherwise good. Another difficulty is communicating with this business as they only answer phone calls during certain days / times resulting in you having to email and replies can take a couple of days. Would have been 5 stars if more care and attention to what we had ordered had been taken and better contact options for customers.
