The men’s section is laid out well and…

The men’s section is laid out well and I found my size without having to click through too many pages. Checkout was quick, confirmation came through right away and I could follow the shipment once it left. A pretty smooth first order.

A first order that just works is worth a lot, and it sounds like yours did. Finding your size without a long hunt, then being able to see where the parcel had got to, that's the sort of thing people only really notice when it goes wrong. Good to know it held up from browsing through to delivery. If anything comes up with the order, you know where to find us.

Delivery wasn’t instant

Delivery wasn’t instant, but the tracking kept moving and I always knew where the parcel was. That matters more to me than getting vague updates with no information. Everything arrived safely in the end.

Knowing where your parcel actually is makes a wait much easier to sit with. Waiting a few days is one thing, being left guessing is another, so it's good to hear the tracking stayed useful the whole way through and everything turned up safely. That side of ordering rarely gets a mention, and we're glad you brought it up.

Don't recommend

The shoes were very cheaply made. They are more like indoor slippers, and cheap ones at that. I would not purchase from this site again. The refund option included: take pictures of the item, they "approve" the return based on their subjective criteria, then you pay to ship back to Singapore. I opted to receive a partial refund as the former was quite a hassle and no guarantee they would "approve" the refund.

The CS agents were all polite though, hence the 2 stars for them. Zero stars for the product, itself.

The shoes clearly weren't what you expected when you opened the box, and that's a letdown on its own. Then sorting out a return turned into more hassle than it was worth, so you settled for less rather than keep pushing. We're sorry it went that way. SCAM

Received a low quality pants, emailed twice to return it : no answer. Called phone # listed on the website : "out of service". 30 days easy return a a joke for these people. Save yourself the headache and buy from a reputable brand. order #GM88239

And for the return it’s very bad
They offer me 30$ credit
And we finish 15% on my credit card
I think it will be the last time that I buy from you

Inferior quality of products

The quality of the items I bought is very poor & neither can be worn. I have tried to contact the company 3 times to return a product. No response from them. I just read that returns must be returned to China at customer’s cost. I would avoid buying anything from this company. High prices, inferior products and poor service for returns.

Poor quality smaller sizes no contact.

Quality was very cheap I ordered jeans and flats that both were too small originally only ordered bc of the store being in Toronto Ontario. It is definitely not. Took weeks to receive no cons f for customer service looking to return items asap. I feel like they are made in china not some high end boutique that is stated extremely disappointed with the entire process of this purchase

Terrible Quality Zero Customer Service

Terrible. I can’t actually believe how horrible the quality of this clothing is. Especially for the price. I also requested a refund and never heard back. Please respond to my email and refund my order. You can have all the clothing returned.

Poor quality and poor service

I placed an order with Grant & Mercer on August 15th (Order # GM86826) and received shipping updates from them until I then started receiving updates from Morgan & Blake. The item was delivered on September 1st and was not at all what I was expecting. First, I thought I was ordering from a company located in Toronto, which I now don't believe is the case as my item came from China, and Second, the quality of the item is sub-par. The shoes are fabricated completely of plastic and are not what was depicted on the website from which I ordered them. As such, I'm very disappointed and feel that this has been a "Bait & Switch". I made an email request for return instructions as noted on their website, but to date, I have received no response. Very dissatisfied!

Way smaller than expected

Way smaller than expected. Fabric was more like a Halloween costume plastic than denim. Back pockets are printed on - not actual pockets. I asked for a refund and never heard from them. Still trying to get money back. This is unwearable.
