Placed an order but it never arrived. Contacted support when it initially hadn't arrived (after several weeks) Who said royal mail were trying to deliver it and it should be out for delivery the next working day. It still didn't turn up so I emailed again. They advised it should have been returned to them, although they hadn't had anything.
Either way I didn’t end up with anything and out the cost, which wasn’t huge but lesson learned. I wont order again.
Update Nov - Did finally get a refund after months waiting but it was a PARTIAL refund and not the value of the order so still out of pocket. Avoid ordering from here.

We are sorry to see the 1* review. This is still an ongoing case, caused because Royal Mail tried to deliver to your address several times, but at no time was there anyone at home. Like we wrote in our communication, you can either collect from the delivery office, or book a redelivery on a date that suits you, if you don't do that then the parcel will be returned to sender after some weeks, and we will refund the goods. You did not respond to that, and it doesn't look like you have booked a redelivery nor collected the parcel, so we are now waiting for Royal Mail to return the parcel, and then we will refund the goods, That remains the situation, so you are not out of pocket, but we need to follow the returns process when customers do not take in or collected their deliveries, We told you this less than a week ago, if the situation would have changed we would have told you. If the parcel is lost, will we also refund, but there is no indication on the tracking that this is the case, it was scanned two weeks ago and Royal Mail has been waiting for your further action since then.
If you have any further questions, please reply to our current thread in the customer service chat, the case remains open until it is resolved.
UPDATE: We made a full 100% refund of the goods immediately after the goods had been returned to us by Royal Mail. In this case, the customer was not home to receive the items despite several delivery attempts by Royal Mail, and then didn't collect the parcel from the delivery office, nor request a redelivery within the two week period after the failed deliveries, so Royal Mail returned the goods to sender. In such cases, when we have a cost of sending out the order in good faith and the customers then do not arrange to receive the delivery in any way, we do not refund the postage. We state that both in our 'Terms and Conditions' and under 'Deliveries & costs' to avoid any doubt

Hi Stephanie. We tried to help you, but the issue was that you had ordered the items to an address which you would never be at to receive your parcel so after two delivery attempts Royal Mail asked you to collect the parcel from their delivery office, which you did. We also said that if you left it, the parcel would go back to us and we would refund. But instead you wanted an immediate refund, before the parcel was returned, which is not how refunds work, items need to be returned first. In the future, you should use a delivery address which it’s possible to deliver to, that way collecting the parcel can be avoided. Hope you nevertheless enjoyed the items.

Moomin Marvellous
I ordered two items, a wallet and a mug.
The wallet is perfect. No interior photos on the website so I took a chance anyway. Quality seems good. Print is bold and looks cool.
The mug is excellent. Bigger than expected too. A lettered mug with Snuffkin on the front and Moomin and Little My on the reverse.
Both items delivered together, well packaged and within around three days.

I have ordered several items from this store and never once been disappointed it’s absolutely beautiful merchandise. I actually had to call because I input some wrong personal information and have to say the 2 people I spoke to were absolutely lovely and super helpful. My goods arrived quickly beautifully packaged and amazing quality couldn’t be more pleased

Highly recommended - excellent shopping experience
First of all - great range of products, good prices, website is comprehensive (except when someone like me uses it 🙄), great delivery prices and times, amazing packaging (my 28 yr old daughter was so impressed).
Then - after I made a mistake about the type of delivery I wanted - I called their warehouse to try and get it resolved. Call was answered by a lovely lady and my mistake was quickly corrected.
Items delivered on Friday and my daughter was blown away with all the products, wrapping, everything; so a big thank you to Moomin Shop.
