Mike was very informative and helped me understand and made sure I know all of the information about elevate and what it does for me. I ended up telling my friend and saying how happy I was and explained what was going to happen but it will be the best for me at this time and they offered to pay them down. We have been very pleased with Jordan Knutson and the staff at Money Ladder and Client Services. We have been able to get rid of 4 out of 6 credit cards in just a year. We started the program September 2023. I received a Court Summons recently, but everything was taken care of by the legal department. We were with another company years ago, and they were just awful. We got somebody different every time we called, they didn't seem to know what was happening, just very poor service. My husband had to appear in court personally twice. I can call Jordan, and get an immediate answer, and instructed as to what we need to do. I have referred one friend already, and will continue to do so to any of our friends that need financial help.
