Melony and Rudy were very friendly and professional. They answered any questions/concerns that I had about the process with sincere professionalism.

I'm giving mixed results because I received a letter in the mail from money ladder stating I was pre approved for a loan/debt consolidation. My problem is the letter came in a envelope that had state of New York at the top and money ladder is a private company. In the letter it states money ladder interest rate reduction loan. Never mentioned was the debt settlement option which is different from the debt consolidation loan/cash . I believe debt settlement can be a option for certain circumstances but if a program is good you never have to mask it !
