They abuse their power and refuse to return control of peoples finances when asked and claim power of attorney. They do not have this it’s a lie designed to scare people. Please stay away from them.

Cannot thank Paul enough

Cannot thank Paul enough. After years of managing and jiggling money as a single parent this has changed my life for the better. Was a big decision to make but Paul explained everything, answered every text message I sent, no matter how silly. Everything sorted within 3 weeks. So glad I done this because of current situation and lockdown the last thing I need to worry about is money

IVA Advice and completion

Excellent service from start to finish. So efficient and everything was completed in three weeks.Rang feeling terribly ashamed and nervous and was greeted by James. Was put at ease straight away. Never once did he make me feel uneasy and explained everything for me so i understood. Talked me through things that i had to reply to on the laptop and couldnt do.
Would highly recommend. Nothing too much trouble.
Thank you once again to all the team. Amazing

Paul my advisor was fantastic I rang…

Paul my advisor was fantastic I rang him really worried about money!!!
And after he spoke to me I could see light at the end of the tunnel.
A few more days to go and hopefully its the start of a happier life?
Just need to control my spending...

Excellent service

Matt and the team were so very helpful in my case and I am delighted to have had my IVA accepted. Matt kept in touch with me explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. The relief I have now is amazing as worrying about debt takes over every aspect of your life and Money Help UK are brilliant at helping with solutions and this will change my life. Money Help UK

I cannot recommend this service enough. I was struggling and getting depressed with never having enough money left at the end of the month. I took the step to contact Money Help UK by text and from the very start they rang me, told me they could help and explained everything in great detail. James Baker who dealt with me was wonderful, very friendly and made me feel at ease. He even lifted my mood with being able to make me laugh when all I thought I wanted to do was cry. Excellent service, wonderful, please make the first step and let the team sort the rest. Fantastic people, thankyou so much for sorting my life out James Baker, a true star.

I can not describe fully the impact that james has had on us as a family, he helped us navigate a very stressful situation that we had found ourselves in. James was Very understandable an excellent communicator, he was able to reassure us at every step throughout this journey. I can only say thank you for the support That you have given us and that you have made us feel like we will get some aliments of control back in our lives and We can sleep again !

I had no where else to go

I had no where else to go, I was referred to here by a friend and Matthew the guy who delt with me , he was amazing, so understanding and patient with me. Explained everything and was happy to help whenever I messaged him. My monthly payments have been reduced so I can afford them.
