Man kann bestellte Ware nicht mehr zurückschicken

Sent the wrong size. Boys not Male Large. T shirt was tiny.
Customer service shocking, tried to send photos but form would not allow. I just want my money back..

Ich wollte die Ware zurückschicken – aber was hier abgezogen wird, ist nichts anderes als eine billig gemachte Abzocke und komplette Verarsch. Der ganze Rückgabeprozess wirkt absichtlich so gebaut, dass man am Ende einfach aufgibt.
Der zugeschickte Link funktioniert schon nicht richtig und wird nicht von Google unterstützt. Dann wird man durch einen komplett absurden Ablauf gejagt: Fotos verpackt und unverpackt nebeneinander, das Etikett, Bilder von allen Seiten, mit Lineal, mit irgendwelchen Gegenständen daneben – als würde man Beweise für ein Verbrechen sammeln. Einfach nur lächerlich.
Und dann kommt der größte Witz: Ein Pflichtfeld, das man ausfüllen MUSS, aber gar nicht ausfüllen kann. Ohne dieses Feld geht nichts weiter. Man wird also bewusst blockiert – das hat mit einem normalen Rückgabeprozess nichts mehr zu tun.
Die Ware selbst ist den Preis absolut nicht wert. Einfach nur billige Kake. Ich habe bei Temu schon deutlich bessere Qualität für einen Bruchteil des Preises bekommen 
Unterm Strich: Ein kompletter Saftladen. Rückgabe quasi unmöglich gemacht, Qualität schwach, Preis völlig überzogen.
Fazit: Finger weg und lieber woanders kaufen.

I Ordered a pair of sunglasses that looked great in the photo but when they arrived, they were pathetic and nothing like the photo. They are scamming people with inflated prices and good photos to real you in .

My item from monarch was full of deep creases ,don't know if I will get them out of jumper, also took a long time to come back won't order with them again

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas d'avis sans aucune étoile. Cette société m'a livré deux soi-disant manteaux en laine! Quelle horreur, au déballage, je me suis retrouvée avec deux espèces de chiffons sans formes, on avait annoncé de la laine et c'est du pur acrylique! pour obtenir le remboursement, ils m(ont adressé un formulaire astronomique demandant près de 10 photos de chaque produit, sous toutes ses coutures, une vidéo et tellement de questions que je vous avoue avoir abandonné. De plus il est annoncé que les frais de retour seraient à ma charge! Franchement, il faut oser. J'aurais dû consulter Trustpilot avant de passer commande. C'est franchement honteux. La seule chose qui a du chic, ce sont les photos des articles, histoire de mieux nous appâter! je suis tellement déçue ;-(((

Ich wollte einen Artikel zurück senden weil er viel zu klein war.
Habe immer wieder versucht einen Retourenschein zu erhalten ohne Erfolg. Auch eine Rückerstattung wurde nach mehreren e-mails nicht bestätigt.
Sehr schlechter Umgang mit Kunden!!
Würde hier nichts mehr kaufen egal wie billig es ist.

When the items arrived I found material was good,but the size was very tight and unable to wear and from what was shown in the advert, the 2 side pockets never had zipps and no back pocket, so very disappointed as was looking forward to them. Just a waste of money but hao live and learn.

If I could give -10 I would. Ordered a pale blue wool jacket got a 95% polyester %5 cotton. So badly constructed, wrong size. E-mailed them (no telephone no) I now know why!. They offered for me to keep this piece of tat and 50% OFF a further purchase. If you try and follow their google, absolutely ridiculous process sending some 25+ photos, the return was rejected. They say that if this was'nt the product ordered you should have refused delivery. Er how would you know that until the parcel is unwrapped?? IT IS CLEAR HAVE BEEN ABSOLUTELY SCAMMED.

Auf jedem Teil hängt das Etikett, das 93.1 % Polyester und 6.9% Elastan enthält.
Wieviel Bambusfaser kann dann noch drin sein ?

Received two Sweaters via Yodel that I did NOT order and was charged a totally ridiculous £90.
Emails to them were not answered, all I got was a “delivery could not be made” message.
There is no doubt I have been well and truly robbed!
Yodel also confirmed that they had come from China. They are very poor quality. Do NOT order from Monarch!

The sizes are not men sizes, sent 25 emails still can't get my refund, thay sent a form to fill out and I have to send 25 pictures of the package, thay didn't send the right sizes and wrong colours, thay are the worst people I have ever delt with do not buy anything from this store.

Not 1 star but minus - 1000.
Though the rate here is 1 in the advertising site they show that Trustpilot rate is ..5! Enough to understand what this brand is: a scam. They NEVER EVER reply how to return the wrong size and extremely poor quality products they have sent you.
Don't be trapped.

I ordered some boots from these people. They took the money but the boots never appeared. I've written several times but get nothing but fairy tales back. My advice is NEVER have anything to do with this company.

On 09/03/26 I received the promised shoes. I informed Monarch and asked for a return form. I was sent (on line) a form that was designed to put buyers off. Apart from dates, etc, it needed 40 photographs otherwise the refund would not be forthcoming. This, in my opinion, is a scam and in my case, as a disabled 85 year old, worked. I shall give the shoes to a charity shop and hope people learn from my experience not to have anything to do with Monarch Wear.

I complained and was told they were sorry and they would make an exception in my case and refund my money. All I had to do was send some photos of the shoes and they would do the rest. I sent some photos of the shoes and received my refund on 20/03/26.

Have just received two pairs of trousers from Monarch Way supposedly should have six pockets zips while the ones they’ve sent are absolutely crap do not buy from these people cannot find phone number thank you Darryl

Ich musste leider 1 Stern geben die dieses Unternehmen auf keinen Fall verdient.

Habe zwar nun nach 4 Wochen die Ware erhalten

Nutzlos!!

Der Rückgabe Prozess ist schwieriger und mit 1000 skurrilen Fotos verbunden und damit unmöglich.
Bist du endlich durch mit den 100 Seiten fragen und Fotos wirst du am Ende blockiert.
Da kaufe ich leichter ein Atom U-Boot.

Ordered on February 11th, sent February 13th, still not arrived. Tried to contact customer services and not replied. Overall, so far, pretty piss poor!

Eine Bestellung betätigt, wurde als Fehler deklariert, noch mal bestellt - 2 Belastungen auf meinem Konto. Und dann: keine Lieferung und keine Reaktion auf meine Mahnungen. Betrüger ???? Anzeige bei der Polizei und leider, Verfahren wurde durch die Staatsanwaltschaft eingestellt, weil der Firmensitz nicht ermittelt werden konnte. Vorsicht für diesen Internetbetrug, also Finger weg und nichts bestellen bei den dauernden Werbungen. Ich muss jetzt leider allein weiter ermitteln

Finally got my order 2 weeks after ordering it, I assume the product came from somewhere in China. I ordered small and the product came as large.
Should of checked out Trust pilot first, leave this dodgy company alone. BEWARE! By the way, there is no way of returning product or even getting a refund.

Like other reviewers I really wish that I have read Trustpilot before buying from Monarchwear.

I bought two XL sized polo shirts. The delivery took four times that quoted in the advert and when the merchandise eventually arrived the packing was very poor and the shirts were just screwed up inside.

When I looked at the product it was quite evident the sizing wasn’t right, so I laid out a normal XL sized polo and placed the Monarch shirts over the top. They weren’t even half sized, doubt they would fit a 12 year old.

I emailed their customer services department requesting a return address and a full refund. I have been completely ignored, no surprise there!

DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY. COMPLETE SCAM.
