Do not buy from this company it is an absolute scam. The product is nothing like the one advertised, it’s such poor quality and soooo overpriced. Their 30 day money back guarantee is a farce. A complete rip off.

I bought what was meant to be a beautiful white summer maxi dress. After waiting almost 30 days for it be delivered, I was bitterly disappointed.
The dress was made out of cheap, nasty material, similar to what a toy parachute would be made from. The dress was completely see through and it was midi length. Worst of all, there was A LOT of extra fabric around both side boob areas and no matter how you adjust the straps, it will not fit anyone’s chest area.
When I contacted them for a return, which their website says you can do for free within 30 days, they only offered me a refund of 10% of what I paid for the garment - what a joke! When I argued this, they offered an ultimatum- a 20% refund and encouraged me to gift the (unwearable) product to a friend OR I can pay for the package to be sent to China, and once they receive it, they may give me a partial refund. ABSOLUTELY NOT!
Also, despite appearances on their Facebook, website and even their Merchant name on your bank statement, this company is NOT in Sydney, Australia. They are owned and operated in China. They seem to have gone to great lengths to make people believe they are a small Australian company - what an absolute SCAM!
This is a scam, the chevron black and white dress I received was not as represented on their website. There was dyed chevron pattern not a trim, see through cheap material and stretch elastic straps. Sizing is also terrible. The business is refusing to refund, only offering a store credit or 10% refund. This does not meet ACCC consumer law. They are clearly misrepresenting that they are a Sydney business, it was shipped straight from China. It is literally shein quality which you overpay for. I will be requesting a charge back through my credit card if this isn't resolved today.
As per other reviews, these are scammers BUYER BEWARE…, returns policy doesn’t apply and clothing sizes not true to size, Chinese rubbish!
Poor quality clothing, especially when you consider the price paid for the clothing. The company won’t refund you when requested, even though their refund policy states that if the items aren’t right for you they can be returned. They don’t send you their address for returns and only offer an appalling 10% refund and say you can keep the item even though you don’t want it!
Absolutely stay away from this company. They are scammers. I purchased a dress and it was very poor quality (not at all as described) and the sizing was all wrong. I tried to return for a refund as per their policy. They told me to keep the one I had (that I could not wear) and they will send me another size but I had to
Purchase it again. I said no I am not paying twice. They then offered me a 10% refund ($10) and I could give the dress to a friend or charity. So I would have to wear the $90 out of pocket. Then they came back and said they would refund me $20. I told them no and I would be reporting to fair trading (as they state they are in Sydney though they are not) and I have had to lodge a dispute through bank. Stay well away from them, they are scamming people.
