Ring broke 2 days after I got it

Ring broke 2 days after I got it. Wore it 1 time. Very bummed now I just wish to return it .

Update: they've stated they want to make it "right" but offer no helpful ways. Only response i got was "send it back". No address not label no directions. Super unhelpful and unprofessional.

Absolutely stunning ring and fantastic buying experience! I recently bought a ring from Moiss Era and I am beyond impressed. The moissanite stone has incredible sparkle and brilliance—it catches the light from every angle and looks breathtaking. The ring looks very fake

The ring looks very fake. There is a black circle noticeable in the center of the stone. I was very disappointed in this ring. I will be returning it.

We’d just like to gently clarify that this is an Old European Cut moissanite, which has a distinctive vintage faceting structure and a larger central culet. Because of this, a darker/black-looking circle can naturally appear in the center under certain lighting, it is a characteristic of the cut, not a defect.

This is a lab-created moissanite, so its optical appearance will naturally differ from a diamond. We have already supplied the same gemstone and ring design to 12 customers in US.

Buy the ring!

Buy the ring!! You will not regret it. I got their 2.5 carat radiant cut bezel ring and it is gorgeous. I get so many compliments. It holds up well in water, and all the mom duties. This ring is worth every penny and more. I got this ring to have post partum because it does not have the prongs that scratch baby.
