Great experience
Very happy with my experience . Needed my ring within 4 weeks and the ring was ready well before that. I am in love with my ring, it’s perfect and exactly how I wanted it. Jarod was very helpful and supportive in the consultation process. Will definitely be back for more moissanite jewellery in the future , and will recommend to all my friends and family

Fantastic experience
Jarod was great to work with when choosing and purchasing our moissanite engagement ring and wedding band. Two years later the wedding band got damaged, which he repaired and polished for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Lower quality moissanite than promised, bogus certificate
Moissaniteengagementrings.com.au gave me a certificate for a moissanite stone that had nothing to do with the stone I bought and had misleading specs. The stone I received was a lower colour and clarity than what I ordered, and I was extremely disappointed when I discovered their "GRA certificates" came from a bogus organisation. Also, they promised my moissanite ring would be handmade - I discovered it was actually cast. Terrible experience

Hi Tom, I'm having trouble matching it to an order under this name, so apologies if I miss any detail.
We did have one case where a customer received a certificate whose number didn't match their stone. The two stones were identical in grade, and the certificate had simply been mixed with another of the same specification. We offered that customer a full refund or an exchange. They chose to keep the ring and accepted a partial refund, which we understood as the matter being resolved. If your experience was different from that, I'd like to hear it.
On grading: moissanite is assessed on its own scale, and every ring we sell now comes with independent GRC certification, so the stone you receive can be checked against its documentation by you or any third party. Every stone also carries a lifetime warranty.
On the setting: every ring is cast to form the metal, and every stone is then hand-set by our jewellers. You can see that process in some of our videos.
I'm not aware of any machine that sets stones of this nature.
